Got to forget about that blowout game against San Diego State on Tuesday night and get ready for a senior laden running Rebels team that beat both Tennessee and Alabama this past season.

Many of the so called talking heads have now had a chance to reevaluate their initial feelings and many are even now picking UNC to win and play Iowa State on Sunday.

As much as Carolina relies on their three pointing shooting this maybe an opportunity to win the game feeding the post especially since the Running Rebels biggest player is just 6’8 and they are not really great in rebounding the ball.

Mississippi rotates around 9 players but since Carolina uses around 8 normally that should not be that big of a deal.

Like San Diego state Mississippi fouls a lot trying to intimidate their opponents but if they do they will pay for it because UNC has been hitting their free throws as of late.

To me the game completely centers around the play of Cadeau who has been playing his best in a Carolina uniform in the last couple of games. He definitely cannot get into early foul trouble and he can not get frustrated and lose his composure when the Running Rebels get very physical with him and they will.

It will be a war playing a team that starts five seniors but I am sure the Tar Heels are looking forward to the challenge…

Interesting start. They can switch ball screens and UNC is having a hard time, especially when Lubin gets screened because they can't switch that. Do you go small and eliminate your advantage inside?

You give an offensively challenged team wide open shots that they can make and next thing you know they’re shooting confidently all game.

They're also getting wide ass open 3 looks. It's not like they're making contested shots. So a defensive adjustment in ball screen defense will be required during this timeout.
