Crybabies

I'm saying; that is what those words amount to when it's a typical male of our fear-based society and culture. Gentle, kind, loving, peace... those are all signs of weakness to the hyper-masculine. They'd likely attribute those words to females. It's not "masculine" to be those things. If you believe in that whole masculine/feminine paradigm. Men aren't supposed to cry, show emotion, be gentle, be heartfelt. You know what I mean.

LOL!

There's some kind of protest event at the Athens, GA City Hall tomorrow at 5:30 in the pm.

What do you expect from our youth when 68 Democratic Congressmen have elected to boycott the Inaugeration. Instead of showing respect for the election process and the people having spoken, they act like petulant children who have their toy taken away from them. Can you imagine the blowback that would have occurred if 68 Reoublican Congressmen had boycotted Obama's '08 Innaugeration? We would still be hearing about it.

Petty partisanism to the Nth degree. Disgusting. And I'd be saying that if it happened the other way around.

Yea, but we'd never see this kind of game played by the conservatives. Not in the same context. It's why liberals always use a false equivalency when debating these issues.

Fake muslim hate crime = same as 30,000 liberal protesters rioting, assaulting, breaking the law - liberals / MSM.

Actually, he'll be doing his community organizer thing and inciting people to riot in the streets due to Republicans "taking away their insurance; not wanting them to vote; taking away their food stamps, medicaid, etc... He isn't going to go away and see his "legacy" unravelled. He will be a very divisive force for years to come. He set the stage for this in his farewell speech. And the media will support him every step of the way.

I detest the man and his divisive tactics.

He single-handedly took us back 40+ years in race relations. But many of us knew it was coming by studying his upbringing and his political life as an adult. His Presidency paved the way for someone like Trump to be elected. He had no experience, was simply a pop culture icon and caused so much division that most level headed folks wanted a non-politician to follow behind him. He will go down as one of the worst POTUS of all time .. with the Obamacare failure at the very top of his legacy list.

I don't recall there ever being such a protest or dissent against any incoming president... ever. Not in my lifetime.

To me, that is more of an indication of a very deep dislike for Donald Trump, not for any allegiance to Obama. I think the only time I've ever seen this kind of aversion to a new president was when Lincoln was elected. I hope it doesn't get as bad as that situation.

There lies the pattern......dims both times.

Yep.

I know Barry is going to have a hard time letting the power go. He's one of the most egotistical presidents We've ever had. It's the way he came into office and how the media / Hollywood drooled over his feet for 8 years.

I mean, the guy was elected and over the last 8 years his party has lost over 1,000 house, senate, and governorships total. But there's no mandate? That takes pride and ego by the ship load.

I was so fortunate in the mid - late 2,000's to have a professor that made us read the work of Saul Alinksy. It describes Obama's tactics page for page.

Here's some of the people who have been running our government for the last 8 years.

"You never let a serious crises go to waste" - Rahm Emanuel

"For the first time, I'm proud of my Country" = Michael Obama

"We are going to Transform this nation" - Saul Al...err..Barry Obama.

"We need to brainwash people" - Eric Holder, statement on the second amendment.

And I could keep going for days......

Alinksy knew intelligent people were capable of buying into utopian ways of thinking. That humans can create a perfect setting. So just promise them Utopia (communism) during the educational process and create little SJW fighting for your cause, and also something they know absolutely nothing about.

Basically who Obama is. These were radical ideologues who are extreme left, regardless of what MSM says they are.

I have a huge problem with them boycotting the inauguration, even though I couldn't care less about it myself. I've never paid attention to one. However, it is somewhat comical that those congressmen are kind of acting like the guy they are boycotting. It is comical both ways and a terrible reflection of how crappy both parties have become.

I'm not going to nit pick everything you said but one thing that stood out is the quote from Michelle about being proud of her country again.... it's the same as making that country great again, just so you know. BOTH sides do the same thing to divide this country. Once you take your head out of your ass you'll see it. This left/right crap is what is ruining this country and y'all are happily helping it along. smdh

You accusing someone else of having their head up their arse is hilarious. You're one of the least informed, delusional posters I've ever encountered.

I do wonder why Christians all of a sudden don't care that Donald isn't one when they felt it was so important to act like Obama wasn't one.
The problem wasn't that Obama wasn't a Christian. It was that he chose to attend a church that had a pastor who routinely espoused hatred and vitriol towards white people and Jews. This man was the godfather for one of Obama's kids. And Obama wouldn't renounce him. Then Obama proceeded to basically abandon Israel. He is not a good, moral man.

Mark my words re: what he will do to cause civil unrest after he leaves office. The man is a menace. He is a rabble rouser.

Because I don't fall for the left/right bullshit like you?? Okay, you've got me there lol. You're just mad because I pointed out a truth that you don't want to face. What Michelle said that you obviously found to be so un-American and insulting to our country is NO DIFFERENT than what the asswipe has been spoon feeding your weak brains for the last year. You're probably over the age of 60 and white if I had to guess. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Mowchelle said "For the first time in my life I am proud.....". Trump said make "America great again..." See the difference there?

Not in your lifetime...at least I don't think so...but Lincoln's inauguration was boycotted by the vast majority of Dims in congress.

It is still pointing out that America was less than at some point, so no, no difference. Spin how you like, but the fact that you cannot see the difference says a lot about you and what I believe is the over 60 white males in this country. If this country is NOT great or not something to be proud of for anyone, I wonder whose fault that is??????? It's above your head, so do not bother. I KNOW you won't get it.

And Michelle recently said that our country is back to being a state of "hopelessness" ... so I guess her hubby as POTUS is the only way America can have hope. Good riddance you racist, whiny First Lady!

How would you rate Trump in that category?

No kidding.

In terms of hateful speech, Trump himself has been guilty of this instead of just a preacher he may have heard a sermon from. That doesn't support your point, Archer. Regardless, you didn't address the hypocrisy anyway. The right attacked Obama for not being a Christian, not just for the church he attended. They said he wasn't a Christian, some even said he was a Muslim. However, the 'not a Christian' crowd wasn't even the really crazies. Yet now it is perfectly ok to not even discuss it since their candidate is Trump. It isn't important anymore, right? Everyone can sell their soul for the right price as long as they don't talk about the terms.

LOL you are right on with that one! Trump and morals don't mix, it is like oil and water! hahaha..... I would bet that Obama has never sexually harassed a woman like Trump has, IF at all.

I have had rich men come up to me and say the most inappropriate things that are just simply disgusting and they do think they can do it because they think because they have money it is one of the privileges given to them. They are pigs! Out of all those pigs I personally encountered, while they were quite successful businessmen, I would NEVER want them running this country, nor setting any kind of example for young men to follow.

Being treated, at a young age, like you are not worth anything more than some pig's sexual pleasure makes you feel horrible. Even though I told one pig that harassed me that I would gladly feed him his tiny dick if he ever touched me, it still makes you feel awful and empty. You have no idea how bad it can get, so don't give me any lip about it. You DO NOT know what it is like!

The house of cards will be coming down soon and I am more than happy to just sit and watch. I won't be jumping up and down in victory when it does, they way some of you may have had it happened with Obama, because it makes me sad. What bothers me more about Trump becoming the leader of this country is the people who LOVE him and support this man, who lacks morals and has awful character. The fact that most do not even see it, alarms me even more! If you have daughters, sisters, mothers, you should want more for them alone, but you don't.

@Raising Heel this post is not directed AT you in any way, sorry I went on a rant on your post.

I am a Christian....I voted for Trump to keep Killary out of office, not bc either of them seemed more or less moral than the other. I don't look to our government for spiritual guidance - never have, never will. My hope rests squarely on the finished work of Jesus Christ ...not the POTUS.

I could care less about either's religion, that is between them and God. What I do care about is that Obama had never ran so much as a lemonade stand, and it showed. At least Trump has run something in his life and surrounded himself with those who have as well and all have been very successful. And most are not taking a salary(I know they don't need it). Obama surrounded himself with a bunch of academics who never had any real world experience.
