I was okay with this dude not liking Bernie Sanders because he is a Trump supporter but then he had to bring Jesus into it and I am having a hard time seeing how Jesus taught him to abandon people in need of help and be rude to people, hmmmm interesting....

I read this story last night. Not sure how I feel about it. On one hand, I kind of like that the woman faced consequences for putting her political beliefs out there for everyone to see. Look, that's how things go. If you want to be broadcasting your beliefs, then deal with the aftermath if it were to occur. Plus, I am loathe to bumper stickers on cars. And I especially hate when people have like 27 stickers on their car. I'm not sure why that annoys me so much. It just does. So for that reason alone, I probably wouldn't have helped. Kidding...sort of.

And as far as the disabled thing goes, the story I read had a quote from the tow truck guy where he said this: "there's a difference in being on disability and being disabled". And to that, I completely agree. I'm not sure which she falls into though.

I probably would have helped her though. But I'm a sucker for large, red headed damsels in distress.

Probably. But he also will have people from all over begging for his service. And he didn't like doing business with "those folks" anyway. So I think he'll ultimately be pretty happy with his new found fame.

And in that regard, I can appreciate when someone is willing to potentially hurt themselves financially just to stay true to their beliefs. Unless of course that person has stupid beliefs. Then I just think they're an idiot.

Ugh. Totally agree. I have no problem with coexisting. But I just don't need to have a bumper sticker tell me that. That's like a bumper sticker saying "breathe". Oh yeah, I wasn't going to be in support of that until I saw your bumper sticker.
