Props to MM; got back in after one play. That hit was vicious. He's been playing well for the fins but that fumble before the half really hurts their chances.
Bell is unreal. Dude literally stopped and waited for a second or two, then takes off for a long gainer.
A.A.Ron is unreal with how long he will hang around in a broken down pocket and then connect for a big play.

Sure are. The final score will look bad but this game was pretty good up until now. I just didn't have any faith that Eli could do it again. He started out well but his receivers dropped a lot of catchable passes.

so, i poast this every year at this time because we visit my wife's sister and her husband in winston salem during the long weekend...they are both professors at wake...they are actually at the game tonight i believe, which sucks for me on a different level; would love to take my boys there.
the playoffs are obviously happening, dallas is playing, but they don't have a f'n tv in their house...last year somebody was going to meet me at the hotel bar, iirc, to watch...can't recall all of the comments, but they were hilarious.

These people are the worst. Whenever I'm talking to somebody and they drop the "I don't have a TV" bombshell into the conversation, I make a point of not reacting at all other than to say, "Oh." The awkward silence that follows is always priceless, because they're usually dying to tell me all about the reasons they don't have TV.
