NFL 2017-18

I've got the Panthers going 10-6, but not sure if that is good enough to win the NFC South; Falcons should still be good, but they lost their OC and I doubt they will be as good as last year. Plus the Bucs are on the rise and could easily win the division. The Saints D is usually weak but they still have Brees.

Well, the Panthers are halfway there. Looks like the Falcons and Bucs aren't as good as projected, and the Saints are better than most thought. 10-6 might win the NFC South, but more likely need 11 wins. That BS loss to the Bears is gonna cost them dearly.

Panthers D goes to another level with Luke back in there. Julius Peppers continues to be a beast.

If we can sort out the kinks with this damn offense, we got one hell of a team going forward.

The offense is so inconsistent. They look like they were getting it together a few weeks ago, but the last two games have been weak efforts.

And WTH is Newton doing throwing 50 yards downfield on 3rd and 4, 3rd and 6, etc? That is just dumb.

This is why Shula needs to go. We need an OC who actually emphasizes the short passing game as opposed to these long downfield passes that don't work 80 percent of the time.

Yeah he definitely needs to be replaced. But I suspect Newton is the one slinging it downfield for the home run instead of making the smart play and moving the chains.

after viewing the graphic knee injury to zack miller, i just thought it was dislocated.

this morning doctors were called in try and save his leg...it’s similar to the jaylon smith and bridgewater injuries.

i wouldn’t advise looking for it.

Patriots trade Garrapolo to the Niners. That one kinda surprises me; I thought he was the heir to Brady.

They had a choice. Either trade him or keep him to become the new starting QB next year. Clearly with the way Brady is playing right now, they feel they can be productive with a 40+ year old QB for the next few years at least.

I have no doubt that Tom Brady can be good enough to keep the Patriots in contention, but what I do wonder is if this is the best thing for the team long term. I don't care how much pistachio ice cream he eats, he won't play forever and certainly not to the age of 45. If Jimmy G is as good as advertised, he could really turn things around for the 49ers.

the jg trade is weird...he can’t even set his own market with that o-line and those receivers...they are a winless org with zero talent on offense.

as far as the brown, the seahawks did what they do, they upgrade a weak position to win now.

still waiting on zeke ruling...judge says tonight.

judges usually don’t like to step on other judges’ toes/rulings...i bet he plays, hope so anyway.

i’ve always believed gruden was overrated as a coach...he’s a decent play-caller though.

he really looks bored this year...i think he wants back in.

Yeah but what if Brady gets hurt? They traded Brisett earlier too. Not even sure who the backup is now.

I would keep the MNF job if I were him. He can make plenty of money without the pressure and crazy hours.
