Yeah that was a bad decision.
At least they let Mitch throw it more than 7 times today. Looks like he had good stats.
I don't see how he survives much longer with da Bears. And would be shocked if he gets another HC job after this one.
Fox has had a good HC career but he could never win the big one. Not with us, and not with an arguably even more talented Denver team. Might be time to hang it up.
That's not the word out of Chicago. I've been following the Bears ever since April when they drafted Trubisky. In no certain words, media outlets are calling for Fox's firing (now) in today's papers.
So the packer rb is out 3-6 weeks. He replaced the wr converted rb who is out. Who replaced the starting rb who was out all last season . The 3rd string long snapper botched several snaps.
But how do you REALLY feel?
Dolphins should never again be allowed to embarrass themselves in primetime. Never put them on TV again. At least that way I can just follow on my phone or something and watch something that isn't such garbage, like The Bachelor or some f'ing Lifetime movie.
My favorite part of any 30 for 30 ever is during "The U" when the Miami Hurricanes players from the late 80s are telling the story about how Hurricane players would always get into Miami's best nightclubs and would walk right past the line and the bouncers would just let them in, meanwhile the Miami Dolphin pro players were waiting in line like everyone else. The Dolphins players had to get the Hurricanes to get them into the clubs lol.

Yeah, salty for sure. Won't deny it. I just can't believe how inept that organization is. All my pro teams suck terribly, though at least living in Tennessee I can also at least pull for the Titans to do something.
I think regardless of the outcome the Dolphins are the worst team in the state of Florida. They may be the worst team in the league. They have been lucky in most of their wins tbh. They have one of the worst point differentials in the league, kicked a 54 yard FG to beat SD, beat a Mariota-less Titans team, had the Falcons go brain dead in the second half, and somehow had a huge comeback against the Jets (who already stomped them once). They are garbage.
Fox should definitely fire whoever is reviewing those plays for the Bears, and relaying the word telling him to challenge the play. Ultimately though, Fox is responsible and losing to your arch-rival (with this one decision having a big impact on the game), will not help keep him around much longer.
Interesting to note: in the NFL's longest running rivalry... Green Bay leads all-time, 95 wins to 93, with six ties.
So, with Curtis Samuel now injured, the receivers are down to Devin Funchess, Russell Shepard, Kaelin Clay and Brenton Bersin. Yuck.

I feel like the Panthers' 7-3 record is sorta build on an unstable foundation. I'm expecting a 9-7 overall record. JMO.
We are going to have to sign another receiver with Samuel out for the time being. The good news is that Greg Olsen is coming back after the bye.
The defense alone is better than 9-7.
Play more two TE sets. Dixon has played well for the most part during Olson's absence.
But that WR crew is really underwhelming.

You can judge one of the top ranked defenses in the league based on them letting up during a blowout, if that's your thing.

I think the Panthers will go 11-5 though. No excuse for them losing any of their remaining home games, and they should beat the Jets on the road.
