NFL 2018-19

PACKers play best game of season now that their playiff chances are around 3%. I predict they’ll finish 500, be the first team out of the playoffs, and have to settle for 15-20th pick in draft.

the dallas offense will prevent any parade route in february.
If the Cowboys offense was 40% as good as their defense, they'd be Superbowl bound I think. As is, they're one and done in the playoffs, I'm pretty sure. Same as always.

Dak is just WAY too inconsistent. Alternates between good and bad throws play to play. WAY too many missed throws that 80% of all NFL QBs would regularly make.

He has to commit to fixing that before they even consider signing him to a big deal. But its the Cowboys so they won't, they'll just blindly give him like Brees, Rodgers, Brady money. Dak isn't on the same planet as those guys regarding passing accuracy skills.

they started drafting o-linemen about five years ago and have kept them and re-signed.
They had arguably the best O Line players IN THE LEAGUE at THREE of five front spots in Zach Martin, Travis Frederick, and Tyron Smith. Now all three are out or questionable at best. Discouraging. Just can't get near the push / holes they used to, and Dak is sort of a train wreck in a collapsing pocket. Holds it too long, is fumble prone

Elway wants to fire Vance Joseph in order to bring back Mike Shanahan.

seriously!?...that’s crazy

meanwhile, i’m on the fence about garrett...if he loses out, he’s gone...win and get in as the four seed and you can beat anyone on your side.

I think if Clappy the Clown doesn't get past the first round of the playoffs, which likely would mean losing at home to a lower seed, he gets bounced. Plus all the coordinators. Which is OK by me I guess. At least the O coordinator needs to go. Like you said, most predictable, basic, dumb play calling in the history of football.

linehan is gone i do believe...he and kellen moore are gone.

the loss of wade wilson and the arrogance of this staff with this “all we need to do is execute” offense is going to be the downfall...if i see one more bunch formation with three tight ends on short yardage...ugh

sometimes you have to scheme...the colts schemed, clearly.

I'm OK with them keeping the defensive coaches, and possibly the secondary coach (last name Richard who coached Seattle Legion of Doom?) - possibly could be defensive coordinator?

Their offensive scheme is horrible, but how do you go anywhere, against a good but not great team, and get shut out? So many games this year the Cowboys defense has had to play nearly perfect to win.... against Carolina (a loss), both Philly games, first Washington game (a loss), New Orleans, Indy, etc.

This is especially true if you look at the turnovers and short field that Dak and the offense has given to the opposing team. Those scores are on the Cowboys offense, not their defense. Dak is a good competitor, and seems tough.... but he's got miles to go with footwork and consistent throwing accuracy and reads.

Two months later... and still not so good. This crew is just very average (at best).
Sad, because MNF used to be the best of the best.
Pretty unlistenable. especially Witten, and I'm a lifelong fan of his on the field. I'd say the same about Romo, too. And Aikman, too, for that matter. These guys make it clear that on-field intelligence and articulation is an entirely different thing than having those skills and abilities to come acrosss well on TV / radio.

Josh Gordon stepping away from football to deal with his mental health issues.

the callas dowboys got the business end of the officiating today.

happy about winning the division...the nfc is wide open, but that offense is shit.

I hate the Saints. Ever since they got busted for paying players to hurt other team's players? Fvck'em

Sean Peyton should have been banned from professional football for that shit.
