Just replayed all that late hit bullshit from 8 years ago and it just pisses me off even more. Drew Brees seems like a good dude but Sean Payton and the rest of the saints can eat a bag of dicks.
Now that PI call was ticky tack. Looked like a make up call by the refs.
The thing is, that missed call in regulation was BAD. It casts some doubt on the win, if LA wins.
Someone caught footage of Joe Buck and Troy Aikman during their flight back home from New Orleans.
Man, I have to give the Rams major props. They started out so shaky and were down 13-0 and punting from their own 25-30 yard line when they went for that fake. Ballsy as hell, and it turned the game around for them.
Some odd choices to sing national anthem today: Jimmy Buffet and Melissa Etheridge. I don’t think either of them would be considered singers with great voices, especially for that song. For the super bowl, it’s supposed to be Gladys Knight; I’m sure she’ll do a better job than we got today.
