OOTB's Political Thread . ..

Getting back to the math topic, I don't understand why people say math is the universal language. How do we know it's universal? Maybe the people on Mars have their own language. Or maybe in the multiverse on Earth-52, they use a different math. It takes a pretty big ego to just declare that our math is the correct math. Plus, I'm pretty sure it's racist in some way.

Or maybe he didn't want to waste time with dates who didn't get his sense of humor. That, or he really, really liked fried chicken and he actually meant thigh food.

And on and on. We've been told by the lib brain trust here that statistically, the likelihood of something like this happening is approaching zero chance, since there are so few instances of males posing as females in sports.

So this is about probabilities and statistics, not the mindlessness of allowing a man to put on panties and play with the girls.

I think your last idea is the right one. The thai is the best part of the chicken.

Before someone attempts to disregard this by saying, "it's a ball, how much damage could it have possibly done?" My son's varsity soccer team just lost their goal keeper to a broken arm. His arm was broken by THE BALL on a close range shot. He did not get kicked in the arm. The actual velocity of the ball broke his arm. This was a boy going against a boy.

Yeah, but anyone who ever played sports knows that a kicked ball will travel further and faster than a thrown or spiked ball.

but anyone with common sense knows that that is only true in general. In specific cases, a spiked ball to the head at close range could easily be as or even more damaging than a particular kicked ball.

When the board needs to hear from a moron with some worthless commentary, you don't disappoint.

I do sometimes wonder though why there is no movement to solve this entire dilemma by eliminating any reference to sex or gender whatsoever? Let's just have a football team, soccer team, basketball team, volleyball team, etc. Everyone tries out and the best players make the teams. Just have one bathroom as well. Think of the money it would save athletic budgets and in facility construction alone. Or, would that force the powers that be to actually acknowledge that there are some distinctions to be made?

I'm guessing that would be a title IX violation. Also, you certainly don't want to mix up males and females in volleyball. If you've ever watched the girls team play, then you'll understand.

Interesting. I recently learned that in the Bizarro World there are no rules in mathematics, you simply make it up as you go. Just ask bluetard.
