OOTB's Political Thread . ..

Yeah, sure, okay. Who is the dummy, you ask? I would say YOU.

Those of us laughing at Trump (and laughing at you by association) are anything but angry. To the contrary. But you, on the other hand, are still mad as hell (which makes this even funnier!!) over losing elections and losing face time and time again. Bwahahahahaha!!

You’re the one obsessing on trading cards from a President you maintain you hate, 2 years after his term ended, all the while promoting his money making scheme, making him even wealthier. You liberal rubes can’t help yourselves. And you can’t recognize that your hate-driven obsession is exactly what Trump counts on. You should consider asking Trump for a paycheck with as much work as you do for him.

I think it’s abundantly clear who the dummy is. But you keep poasting, lil fella. I’d hate to get in the way of your mental disorder.

Merry Christmas.

You are wrong not once, not twice, but three times in that one sentence.

1. I am not obsessing over Trump's newest grift. I'm just having fun with the stupidity of it.
2. I haven't hated Trump since he left the White House, so to say I "maintain" a hatred for him is incorrect. I just don't have any respect for him.
3. I hardly think my out-loud laughter over his latest sidesplitter is actually making the man any money whatsoever.

Hate-driven obsession? Ha!

Why not do a little bragging on the administration you voted for then? You have lots of material, inflation, the border, Russia/Ukraine, unification of the country, Uncle Joe's uncle being given a purple heart, bike riding 101.....The list is endless.

I don’t think he even knows who the President is. All he knows is who the last President was. I promise. He’ll be here very soon to tell you all about the last President. But it’s not an obsession. No, not at all. Lol.

Wow!! What an effort! The physical energy you must have spent creating that sour and deeply personal post is almost palpable! It must have taken all of your strength to create those six sentences. How many calories did you just burn?!

Whew! What a workout! You'd better go lie down.
lol, you comment on what I post with that asinine garbage? The irony. How many calories do you expend being a pathetic twit?

I do have an actual question for those in the know. I will fully admit to not having researched the Proud Boys and what they do, stand for, their manifesto, etc. However, I have repeatedly been told on here and by lib friends/family that they are a white supremist organization. I was also told this morning by someone that their leader's trial is starting today for his role in the J6 events.

The conundrum is that this very same person told me that the Defendant is an afro Cuban (something I don't hear everyday). So, can someone explain how such an individual, assuming the alleged background is accurate, actually rises to the head of a white supremacy group? He must be really charismatic or something.

White Supremacy is so rampant that black and Latino folks are taking part. Lmao. Where’s the Dave Chappell skit when you need it?

Afro-Cubans can identify as white supremacists...but white supremacists are not allowed to appropriate the culture of Afro-Cubans.

Hard to believe this still has to be explained.

They officially claim to not be white supremacists, but the founder is. They were in attendance at Unite The Right, and you'll see proud boys wearing 6MWE... and they're often associated with the "western value" movement or whatever it is called which is pretty anti-semitic and racist.
He must be really charismatic or something.
Or the underlying group is diverse, loose knit and unifies around their dominant goals which aren't race related. Kinda like diverse people getting along better on the hoops threads- bound by the well, the bell, the hatred of dook.

I must not be doing this conservative thing right. I didn't know anything about the awesome Trump trading cards or this much info about the Proud Boys.

Enrique Tarrio is an activist, a convicted felon and former informant to the FBI, and serves as the chairman of the Proud Boys.

Hey, blue. I bought you an online Christmas card (see below) since you're my very favorite punching bag here.

2. You're still a liar.
3. "I hardly think..." that is correct.

So much effort and still can’t find a way to be funny. I pity people like that.
yeah me too. He tries so hard. I think that's the problem, he tries too hard to be one of the cool guys. Who gives a shit about being cool?

Guys like that used to hang around the locker room and sniff jocks, and they'd get the snot punched out of them. Here he can flail away harmlessly and only his ego gets bruised.

Thanks, but your obsession with me is present enough. I got you a case of BDS, and I see you've already opened it.

Bluetoe Derangement Syndrome is almost as insidious as TDS. God help you, you self-deluded gnat. Merry Christmas.

This confuses me. How can they be called white supremacists if they are not white? Please explain like I'm @Heels Noir.

Thanks for actually trying to answer. Appreciated. So, if they claim to not be white supremacists (despite every msm reference and anti-trumper telling me they are), what do they claim to be? Are they really white supremists but just really bad at it? I just have a hard time following how someone who is non-white can be the leader of white supemacists. What are "their dominant goals which aren't race related"?

They're not actually white supremacists. They were started by Gavin McInnes, who is a comedian, journalist, podcaster, etc. You can learn more about him here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gavin_McInnes

But of course, take the media's words about him with a grain of salt as he's been demonized by the left wing media. You know they have to have the white, racist boogieman.

As I understand it, he's a proud white man who has resisted white guilt, refuses to apologize for being a straight, white male, resist political correctness, sees transgenderism as the mental disorder it is and respects western culture and everything it has afforded. So, pretty much a normal person.

Maybe the media in general writes what it does because McInnes goes around promoting violence and saying things like, "We will kill you. That’s the Proud Boys in a nutshell. We will kill you."

You know, all of the information you're seeking is readily available on the Internet. All you have to do is get off your lazy butt and do a little research.

Appreciate the tip Einstein. Pretty much your usual contribution. If you would pay attention to some of the posters around here, they are pretty knowledgeable about different things, one of which is the so-called Proud Boys. I am not and have no problem admitting it. I don't want the usual media driven narrative so I was trying to get to the bottom line without having to filter through the drivel. You've helped immensely - not. So, thanks for your contribution.

Maybe you should go find one, or several. Ask them personally. Do you think you're going to find an objective opinion, description on here?

Do you know how ridiculous you sound?

First of all, who on this board is "pretty knowledgeable" about the Proud Boys? Don't say poopslingerdick -- he merely has a weird man crush on members of the group.

Second, we can safely assume that no one on this message board actually knows Gavin McInnes, or for that matter knows anyone who does know him, or know anyone who knows someone who knows him, or . . . well, you get the idea.

Meaning, everything anyone here might know about him or his whacked-out group of glorified Boy Scouts was obtained through media sources like those found on the Internet. Hence, why you can just as easily do your own homework. That is, unless you're having a hard time figuring out search engines on the Internet. Einstein.
