agree with most of your post, and I too am no friend of libthink and lib hypocrisy....but I have to nitpick a little.

The B-1 bomber might be my favorite aircraft of all time. I'm glad it was salvaged. However, it has been seriously downgraded in capability and then used very sparingly in the very long mean time. Scrapping it might have been a well-considered and reasonable thing to do, as it turns out.. It seems that most of the desired operations have been accomplished without it. But you have never seen a more jaw-droppingly beautiful hunk of metal in slow flight with wings extended or fast flight with wings retracted. Anyway, Carter was not anti-defense but rather was trying to be responsible in that regard.

And I'm not sure that Carter emboldened anything as much as Reagan did by going behind the scenes to make a deal with Iran...for purely political reasons... even before he took office. That did not sit well with me but no one complained because it meant the hostages were coming home..

Here is something we can apparently agree on strongly. Clinton and his hag are two of the most self-interested vultures ever to darken the doors of the WH. They score high on the damage done to good accomplished scale. It sickens me to see Bill get the adoration he has gotten, and Hillary should be sitting under a jail somewhere.
you're soooo deplorable, lol.

Not as bad as I thought they'd rate after reading the nonsense at your link. But not good.

Nice. 50 separate stories of "fake" news or at least a twist of perspective to make them either more damaging to a particular narrative or a failure to report to protect a particular narrative. Rather than address them in specifics, you call them "nonsense" and use a go to graphic that says they lean right. NOT that they are nonsense, wrong or not factual mind you, just lean right. Just because you don't like or don't agree with something, it doesn't make it inaccurate or nonsensical.

And therein lies the problem. Anything not left of center is an affront. Incidentally, that's a nice picture. How about next time, you provide an actual link as well, so that places like ABC, NYT and CNN can be referenced to see how the people doing the ranking really feel about things? Who ranks the rankers and what makes their ratings accurate or the end all be all that you'd like to pretend?

Had to address this despite the non-political aspects. My favorite aircraft of all time is hands down the A-10. It's for personal reasons and it's not even close, although I could easily argue it's many virtues. There are a ton of guys on the ground who would argue it's one of the most beautiful things they've ever seen when one would pop over the tree line or from behind a row of buildings.

However, if you want to talk about "jaw-droppingly beautiful hunk of metal", there's no need to even go forward in time after they came out with the Spitfire.

Interesting that you posted this on the same day that Jimmy Carter passed.
Naval Academy graduate, pretty good author, POTUS, and a genuinely nice guy who was a bit overwhelmed by his job. His before and after appearance is startling.

R.I.P.

The P-51 and P-38 are two more favorites.
What in the Wide World of Sports is this in reference to?

Are these the same scientists that told us the jab prevents covid, we needed to stand apart the scientifically mandated six feet, and we could use t-shirts as effective masking?
The earth is flat, the sun rotates around the earth, etc… 99% of all the “facts” in history have eventually been proven false. “Experts” in any field are “best guessing” most of the time. I despise Fauci’s lying arse. He should be in jail.

He just wasn't a very good president (like all of them, he did do some good things) and I have no doubt his supporters were thrilled when the Big Guy came along. That being said, he was a man that used his platform to try to do some great things. It's always sad when one of our formers passes away. I was also saddened to see that the last surviving vet of Pearl Harbor passed away at 105 over the weekend.

Wow. Aren't you special?
Let me guess you are one of those phony Christians that attends a "fake" church with a pink haired non-binary lesbian high priestess leading it or just the typical a-hole leftist that throws around BS to spin and lie about subjects claiming "Jesus is down with gay sex, because he only preached Love."

You're claiming it is a bogus story??? 2 GA gay men did not rape their adopted boys?

It must be Russian disinformation where they made fake pics, etc....eh?

You're claiming it is a bogus story?
Nope. Didn't read it, so it might be one of those nuts found by a blind squirrel. But I stopped paying heed to Townhall about 20 years ago. Prior to that, they had a mix of political views, some worth listening to. That pretty much stopped happening, and their stars were awful, so I gave up on them.

So you're clueless....even Dr. Francis Collins (M.D.) from UNC realized he was an idiot being an atheist after his DNA work. You must be anti-science with a low IQ.
Scientists can be dumb, too, when it comes to religion.

There's no scientific evidence for the existence of God as commonly defined.

Which is to say that this part of your claim sounds plausible: "Dr. Francis Collins (M.D.) from UNC realized he was an idiot...."

They just report stories that are fact, so people like you stay clueless relying on dumb media that lies to you 24/7. The left wing media covers up these stories since it exposed the underbelly of the LGBTQ+ community where sexual deviance is normal.

Oh they got 100 years in prison each and 100 years each of probation, then said they found Jesus in prison.

You probably believe the Hunter laptop was fake, the pics of the Bidens with the Chinese are fake, the bank transfers in the millions to the biden crime family are fake....

One has to be an idiot to believe all of what you see and hear is by chance. Dr. Collins said the complexity of human DNA is from intelligent design, so unless aliens made us...well.

How do you explain the "big bang" theory if there was nothing to begin energy? I do laugh at scientists that claim the big bang was some random event without explaining what caused the random event if there was nothing there.

I knew a good while back that you weren’t a Christian, too many of your posts were very un-Christian-like. So an atheist picked a username specifically to malign Christians? Again, an unnecessary, intolerant thing to do. I’m not surprised.

I won't argue with this at all, especially since I was going to give the Warthog an honorable mention. Before the Gulf War, they could be observed training in the skies east of Raleigh and the insane maneuverability was nothing short of spectacular. Combine that with the destruction they can deliver, and what's not to love? But they also seem to hang precariously on the chopping block of usefulness.

And I will admit that the Spitfire is a thing of beauty. But once you've seen that B-1 practically hover in slow flight and low level as I did at an airshow, years ago, you might find it as hard for you to un-drop your jaw as I did.

Oh, and since I mentioned jaw-dropping, here's something I wish everyone could experience. Many years ago I had reason to travel the service road around Pope Field at Fort Bragg. I looked to my left at the runway that ran perpendicular to the road and noticed a C-5A Galaxy was beginning to take off toward me. I pulled over right in line and got out and witnessed that stupendously improbable monster somehow get off the ground just before the runway ran out in front of me and begin to fly just over my head; and like the B-1 that time, it didn't seem to be moving fast enough to fly. Just an incredible, unforgettable sight.

During my UNC years, I used to run around Pope AFB flight line as a summer workout when back visiting my parents. I was running one day and the F-16 pilot looked down at me as if I was crazy when he about 20 feet over my head coming in. I go on Fort Bragg when I get back to Fayettenam and it is weird seeing Pope Field kinda run down now, it was a busy base back in the 90s.

Wow. Who knew? Thanks.

Here's more good stuff on the Barbary Pirates:

Not sure if this was satirical or serious. But, thanks for the link.

My point of posting was I found it interesting and yet another observation that slavery has been around and as widespread for as long as humans have existed and has spread across the earth as humans did. What is so obviously abhorrent to us now hasn't always been viewed in such a manner and was simply a part of the human experience. Simply incredible to think about. This is, of course, juxtaposed with those who post here that would like us to believe that it is a uniquely American sin.

Slavery is still on-going today especially in Africa where muslims enslave Christians, I guess that does not bother left wing trash since the victims are Christian but they are black people too. It must confuse the mind of left wing trash that use the race card here 24/7, yet also hate Christians when black Christians are the victim.

Blacks in Africa enslaved other blacks long before the world wide slave trade kicked off, they even helped round up African slaves for the Spanish, English and the US. Black people enslaving other black people ruins the left wing narrative about white people are the scourge of the Earth. Every shade of skin has done some bad things on this planet.

I'm soooo glad you have this site to tell you what is true and what to believe. You would never listen to the "information" and then judge for yourself. I mean, I bet if we run the names of CNN, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, Forbes, ABC, C-SPAN, et al. through your truth machine for sources, they'd all come back as "Least Biased" to "Left-Center" and "Mostly Factual to Very High". Which doesn't give them much credibility in their rankings when you watch this big lie/cover-up. Maybe think about a new source for rankings.
