Proposed NCAA Rule Changes

What do you think about the proposed rule changes?

Here are my 2 thoughts:

1. I think anything that increases the pace is good...ESPECIALLY for the Heels.
2. I'm not sure that they are addressing the "worst" part of the college game...the physical play. If the play was less physical, scoring would go up and the game would be even more appealing.
