I know it doesn't matter much at this point, but just for fun where do you think the Tar Heels will be in the new rankings this week?
With Kansas beating Houston and TN beating Kentucky, does our victory at home over Duke keep us at 3 or does Kansas or TN leap above us due to the GT loss?

3rd still.. Houston 4th.. Kansas 5th. Everyone else lost or was already pretty far below us

I never thought I'd say this but Kansas is pretty underrated this year. They have wins against Kentucky, UConn, Tennessee, and Houston but yet they're still projected as a 2 seed and will be ranked below us.

I know they have losses against WVU and UCF but we lost to GT.

Duke will undoubtedly leap ahead of us. After all they did only lose by 9. Darn, The Heels should have taken that last shot to maintain the ranking.

I’d guess 4. The Georgia Tech loss is a pretty bad one - won’t be shocked if Kansas jumps over UNC, and while I don’t think Houston will, I wouldn’t rule it completely out. I expect 4 but neither 3 nor 5 would shock me.

TN lost this past week also to SC so only Kansas may leap us.

Only 9 games left in the regular season. Sitting in great shape as of now. Finish strong, control what you can control.
