You would have been better off pointing out that products like his ties are made in China. The owning property accusation just doesn't work. Yes like having ties made in China. Or choosing to build a hotel in Saudi Arabia instead of the US because labor costs are so much lower. Or hiring illegal immigrants to build/run your hotels in the US.

If you're putting in a hotel, just because of cheaper labor in that country, you're going to fail. The reason he's building in those places is that there is money to be made. The US isn't suffering because he decides to build a golf course outside of the US. Where the US suffers is companies moving manufacturing jobs outside of the US.
But again, you're ignoring a belief vs. reality. The laws might be terrible, but that doesn't mean you create a competitive disadvantage for yourself based upon personal ideology. That's just stupid. When Trump passes something that benefits globalism, then we can talk. Until then, you argument really doesn't hold any merit.
