Do you know how Congress works? It’s not easy to pass a budget. Lots of people have to agree. For most firms it’s a handful of people at most that make the purchasing decisions.

If you think this is gambling then you have zero clue about basic economics. Government has a lot more checks on spending than a private firm does. I assure you every dollar in the budget is carefully accounted for. A lot of the inefficiency arises from our campaign finance system which created different incentives for politicians aside from just vote maximization.

Yeah I do it's like hog farming. Lots of pork. Do you not unde stand that about 750 people want a piece of the the pie in government, plus their backers and staff. In the private sector its 1 to 10. Lots more to lose in private sector. Your boy, Bernie as well as all others are bitches trying to get their nut.
