Hasn't committed and hasn't made a decision are two very different things.
I think he knows and I think it's us.
You can say that again...... oh you didMan I have wanted this kid for about 8 years - really hope to see him in Carolina Blue. Seventh Woods come on down.
Announcing on November 11th
Come aboard young man, trust Roy and the Carolina family! It's a great fit, Mr. Woods!
Carey Rich, a former USC player and current radio host, says on Twitter that Seventh is very conflicted between USC and UNC and there is no timetable. That coming from a USC guy has to mean it's now a solid UNC lean.
And where did you get your info or read that?http://midlandshssports.com/seventh-woods-addresses-internet-speculation-date-he-will-announce/
It officially a silent, silent nonverbal, Seventh is a Tar Heel!
Both.....LOL! But please fill me in?What scoops, you've never heard of the silent, silent non-verbal? Or just never read trollbaby?
And where did you get your info or read that?
Thanks SK....Work computer blocks that video but I will check it out when I get home! Thanks for the info! I really want to get this kid at UNC!The interview in the link he provided. The interviewer asked Seventh if the rumors are true that he has told Roy he will be coming to UNC. Seventh is waiting until November 11th to announce his decision because that is when one if his teammates is signing with his college, they want to do it together. Speculation Seventh has made up his mind already, but is waiting until November 11th to go public.

As sk1310 points out "he has told Roy he wants to go to UNC"...and I do think that is true, especially that he may well have his mind made up.
So he waits to announce with a HS buddy, good for him and his friend.

What I think is a great sign for us is that he has announced that he will have a dual signing with his buddy who is commiting to The College Of Charleston. Living in the Columbia area, if he had a solo presser and announced for UNC, it could get ugly with the crowd. By doing a dual announcement, some of the attention is deflected on his buddy declaring for another college, not USC. If he was going to announce for USC, he would be better off blowing the roof off of Columbia instead of sharing the spotlight with someone declaring for The COC! Just my opinion!
I know we are doomed on the Wood's decision when a lib says "logic wins out".I think you are correct.
Seventh's heart is telling him to stay home and play, his head is telling him the smart thing for him to do is go play for Roy Williams.
Logic almost always wins out . .
Its my guess that Seventh has known where he wants to go ever since the Roy 'in-home' that took place in early September.
jmho
I'm looking at it on the flip side...that both stay in state...making it a big day for the state!!What I think is a great sign for us is that he has announced that he will have a dual signing with his buddy who is commiting to The College Of Charleston. Not to mention officially losing Giles. I know that wasn't a surprise to many of us but to another recruit it could give red flags to a young kid and his family. My optimism with Woods faded when we lost Markkenan. I know the two recruits weren't related in any way, but it just feels like the little bit of momentum we had gotten has fizzled out and pessimism is ruling the day. And from reading Woods' twitter feed it was interesting to see how glowingly he talked about the Columbia community in the wake of the flooding. It made me think he's sticking around the hometown. I think we're behind and I think it's close to a done deal.
