Yeah Mikey, and these two aren't the type of fouls a competent ref misses --- even in real time --- that is, if he's calling it straightLook just as bad/worse in these as what I remembered. The disparity was a dern joke!

The operative word there being competent. Incompetence is the norm right now. Maybe we need a fourth ref, I don't know. But many times the ref is in perfect position to see the play and just misses it.
Perhaps the coaches could rate the refs after each game and at the end of the season, the lowest rated refs get the axe, or at least double secret probation for the following year. Finish in the bottom 3 two years running and you're gone. IOW, hold them accountable for poor officiating. Of course, this would have to be for ACC officials only.
