UNC at Miami: Game 1 (Miami wins 6-5)

Audio is available for this first game of the double header on GoHeels.com but not sure about video. Miami's site says ESPN3 but I can't check that from work.

Heels have 2 on with 1 out here in the 1st.

Bolt gets an RBI double, then a Myers single drives in 2 more runs before Ramirez grounds into a double play. Good start for the Heels with a 3-run 1st inning.

FYI, the stats available through Miami's site have completely frozen up.

Bases were loaded with 1 out. Miami got an infield hit and sac fly to make it 3-2 with 2 outs.

Probably need to win 2 of 3 to finish in top 6 of ACC standings. Teams 7-10 have to play a play-in game.

Damn. Thornton hits a batter with the bases loaded. Run scores, game is tied, bases are loaded, 2 outs B2.

Edit: Stupid Miami stat page updated all at once. Two Ks and a ground out retires the Miami batters in order.

RH, I am glad you are doing well. This has been a hectic year for me but I am still following the Heels but I have not had enough time to track them as I normally would. Too many irons in the fire.
