Mack cannot discern that his staff aint close to what he thinks it is. Bly is worse than a waste of time in terms of coaching players. Thigpen has never been much at position coaching, and now he may be well past his best days at that. Cross is a fine cheerleader but otherwise average.

You cannot produce a Championship D with those guys coaching it.
