UNC vs MIAMI GAME THREAD

Bittersweet to see the Seniors play their last game at the dome. Been a special group though. God bless them and I hope they can go out with another title ! Told guys at work I will take any bets on this game as I don't see Pinson and Berry leaving the Hill with anything less than a win on Senior nite.
I have no feel for Miami this year. I thought they would be good and they are probably tournament-bound - so they aren't too bad - but they seem to be fading.
In their last 2 games, they won a squeaker at ND and then an even closer squeaker at home against lowly BC yesterday.
That broke their 3-game losing streak. True, one of those losses was to UVa. But if they were as good as I thought, they should have won the other 2 - at BC and home against Syracuse.
They could conceivably end up a bubble team if they follow the hoped-for loss to us with a loss to revenge-minded Va Tech.
They may have played the creampuffiest out-of-conference schedule I've ever seen. Their toughest foe was Middle Tennessee. A game they won by only 3 on a neutral court. To be fair, MT isn't the joke in recent years that it used to be. Pomeroy has them #43 (also their rank last year - why isn't anyone looking at coach Kermit Davis?). But still....
So . . . have they had injuries, or other problems, or are they just going through a rough patch? Teams just going through a rough patch sometimes seem to sneak up on us. Don't want that to happen.

I really can’t believe that Senior Night is here, and it’s Joel and Theo’s last game at the Smith Center. If Joel and Theo have taught me anything, tonight will definitely be a night to remember and another one to add to the list of great memories they have given us. Bringon the cold chills and let’s get another big win. I really can’t wait to hear their speeches and for Ol’ Roy to shed some water works for these two Heels who have meant so much to all of us.

Another long Hurricane three from the top 10-8 at the first tv break. Correction Johnson's corner shot correctly changed to a three point shot. Maye wth 3 rebounds already. Nothing from Berry yet.
Miami big man destroying UNC in the paint as he is in Double digits and Miami has wiped out a UNC 8 point lead just moments ago.
What a defensive performance in the first half. Miami either gets a layup or a wide open 3 pointer.
