Miami slicing up Carolina's man to man defense and they lead by eight with under 4 left in the first half. UNC having a difficult time getting stops and defensive rebounds.

First half in 2 words....Seventh Woods
He was AWFUL! We played decent to good, although not great every minute he was not in the game. As soon as he came in the game, we were not good. He is a black hole for our offense, think Larry Drew 2.0 with the lateral dribble going nowhere. Defensively he’s really good in spurts and then completely loses his man on other possessions. Roy needs to find the farthest seat in the bench and put his name on it tonight.

No other team in the ACC gets officated the way we do at home. We didn't even smell the bonus in the first half. If we lose tonight you can kiss the double bye goodbye.
I really want Woods to succeed but man, if he’s the point next year then Carolina is going to really struggle. It’s just not his natural position.
I really think we should go after Hagans if he's '18. White is the only player we'll have next year who I think can play PG at a decently high level - and he's definitely a 2 at this point.
Some people keep saying PG is not woods natural position. He’s not a shooter and hasn’t shown ability to create his own shot/score off the bounce consistently. He’s not a shooting guard, small forward, power forward or center......I think the problem is he’s not a player we can build a team around and definitely not one that has shown to be a reliable player for us on either end of the floor. PG is the best spot for his skill set in our system. Stop making excuses for his terrible play.
Woods doesn't have a natural position, because he doesn't have a skill-set. He's just bad. He tries, but he's bad.
Obviously, I mean can he be a 2 that can't shoot a lick? Or a 1 that can't get the ball up the court without a mistake..
Just too much emotion around Joel and Theo. Once the initial energy wore off we tanked hard.

Three turnovers to start thevsecond half and the heels are embarrassing down by 14 early in the second half at home. Maybe the lay off since the Syracuse game is a excuse but it is very lame excuse at best.
Up 18 to 10 and Roy decides to take starters out of the game until Miami is right back in the game. The double bye and 2 seed in the NCAA tournament is gone.
This is one of those games. There is one or two nearly every year where we look unprepared, poorly coached and just stink it up. Think Georgia Tech last year, etc.
