Let's start with player development. When your offense almost always uses 3 WRs, having a 2 deep means the WR coach develops 6 guys able to play at least moderately well. Lonnie Galloway has never accomplished that. He's never come close. 4 seems to be his max, no matter how many WRs get signed.
