We are in trouble if this guy is correct

kind of you to generate hits for the reporter. Nothing original in his report. he is simply repeating some of the same tired stuff. what we need is a new news cycle, some other on campus/academic issues elsewhere. please recall where the cheaters at the NCAA came from...all the buddies of Emmertt and so on...

Even more reason to be glad we have ROY recruiting for us. Any other coach would not be able to handle this task but I am confident Roy will overcome this and manage to pull his share until this is over with.

Looking ahead i sure hope you are right phiffr. I do think as a staff ours can help kids understand what is actually taking place versus what is imagined. Hope UNC's legal council is riding herd on those POS's at the NCAA...NOI due out mid-April indeed...

Sorry guys, I didn't think that I am giving the reported some hits. He
is pretty anti-UNC as he is a gamecocker.

Don't kid yourselves that this crap hasn't hurt getting top recruits,it's a dog eat dog world, other coaches are telling them that the NCAA is gonna come down hard on UNC.

.... UNC can win it ALL next year and that will put an end to a lot of this. This is NOT an NCAA Issue. Rather, it is an institutional issue. UNC has policed itself. Regardless of what any 'hack writer at any POS newspaper may print, UNC will win ALL of this in the end. No other major college athletic department in this entire country would have taken the steps that UNC has taken! Alums need to stop backing away from this issue (jmho). Rather, we should own this moment in time and forge ahead as UNC ALWAYS has done. This issue was reported by some locally in an attempt to ruin, destroy and/or otherwise injure any and/or ALL athletic programs that can or could later be harmed at UNC (ALL, imo). The smug smirks in their still destructive writings are nothing to take lightly at this time. The agenda is clear from here. UNC should do what needs to be done. I fully believe that our leaders will do just that. The pro-hacks will an agenda should be obvious to ALL by now...

P.S.- All of the above is my opinion and my opinion alone...

It may not be an NCAA issue, but other coaches are using it to deter recruits from going the UNC.

If no serious sanctions are handed down, I can take the NCAA dragging their feet as our punishment. Because say what you want, but something went wrong. I don't necessarily see it as an athletic issue either. But let's not kid ourselves that everything was on the up and up and that the NCAA should have immediately just said, "nothing to see here, now let's move on". So, with all that said, if in the end all we had to endure was a black eye and some recruiting woes, I can live with that. Just hope that there's some resolution soon.
