That's fine and all but let's not act like the players don't deserve some blame also. Not Bateman's fault that #1 couldn't lay a finger on the receiver.

OL poor. And I don't know if this team is still reading their summer press clippings and think they are better than they truly are, or if they are just poorly coached. But the sloppy play, and constant penalties indicate one, or the other. In my opinion, this is a game Mack needs to win. The air is about out of the balloon

Offense falls flat again and Howell is sacked again. Canes 3 possessions this half and 17 points. Defense needs to step up and get some kind of pressure on the QB
