I believe that @strummingram responded correctly to @cletusnow, totally ignoring the poasts from @Littlejon since those poasts came out of turn. Then, with a correct response, Strum poasted a new quote. So my guess is we go to Strum's turn since he followed proper parliamentary procedure.
