I am beginning to feel this is very true.
Personally, I had hoped for Wes to get the job, but I was willing to see how Hubert went… there’ve been some great moments, but no consistent excellence, nor an indication that it’ll happen.

BYU didn’t pony up the cash…. The billionaire owner of the Utah Jazz gave them an open chequebook…. Easy to spend big when it’s someone else’s money.

Boosters have less than zero confidence in Hubert and not willing to give him even a leash in fear that it may extend his stay. He’s not the guy.
