This may be one of those wrong place, right time situations. There is simply no way to predict anything about next year until the portal closes. If the money comes to bball that is supposed to happen with the hiring of BB in fball, all bets are off. At a minimum, a few of the starters for the team that HD potentially coaches next year are likely not currently in high school and not currently wearing the best color of blue. Being able to bring in mercenaries due to the injection of money may well cover some of HD's warts. I'm not sure whether that ends up being a good or bad thing.
