Was it Hatcher? I've been trying for a hot minute to think of the guy's name they used to joke about and he was definitely from UVA. I want to say Terry something, but that could just be the coach's name slipping into this old brain. The running joke was that the refs would call a foul on him as he was getting off the bus. Anyone remember?
Oh yea I remember it well. When he came in you knew someone was going to the floor. Terry holland

I know that many will not care for the "source" of this article, but it does raise some interesting questions and concerns. Just why hasn't the FBI been able to identify the bombing suspect when this data is in fact available to them even though they claim it was corrupted?

Hmmmm

I know very little about Gaetz from a standpoint of actual, real evidence. I do know that the media and the D controlled branches have thrown out a ton of muck about him, with very little sticking other than people bringing it up again as if it was actually proven. I also know that the DOJ investigated and chose not to pursue charges against someone who has been very, very supportive and loyal to enemy no. 1. So, if there was meat on the bone, it seems odd that they wouldn't go full bore against him.

I also know that it is foolhardy to trust the media or their anonymous sources as proof of anything. Otherwise, I still would believe that the laptop was Russian disinformation and that there are things like WMD's in Iraq. The point is that Gaetz could be a total and complete slimeball or he could have just chosen to stick with the guy that the system wanted to burn down either directly or by cutting out any legs of support.

Regardless, I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss him as the next AG. That may well be the case, but the deal making behind the scenes is always the real issue versus the public displays. More importantly, look up the phrase "recess appointment". For example:

Late stuff (KU game)...

I'll repeat, I would take Maudunga or Mariachi before I would take Flagg. The world is producing a ton of 6'7"-6'9" guys with skill but it doesn't spit out 7'+ dudes who are extremely bouncy and hard working that often! I think Flagg will be a really good pro (possibly All-Star level eventually), but nobody can really predict this (Zion says hello) . I think it is malpractice to anoint a 17 year old because no matter how grounded they are, they can't help but feel a little satisfied!

Lol no dude you had to wear him down. Put him on the floor a couple times. Dean wouldn’t go for such but my high school coach did. We played north buncombe and they had this player Jimmy Denton who was all everything but was soft. We put a big football player guy on him who loved to get dirty and coach told him every time he drove to hammer him. He fouled out but the damage was done. Jimmy shot jumpers rest of the game and we won. Uva back in the 70’s had a player they put in to do that. I think his name was Hatcher.

I think the loss of Z.......

I think that it is legit to discuss what happened that led to the kid being dismissed from UNC (from the school itself, not the team). I think it is better to discuss the truth and considering there is no official UNC report nor is one coming that explains this, a lot of worse things could be assumed.I would MUCH prefer folks know that it was a academic violation of some sort that was known about for most of the off season than to think it may have been something much worse, for example a JameOn Curry like situation or a PJ level of NCAA violation (thou rules now days would consider what PJ and LMac did as NIL and perfectly fine).

I just really like truth and I like responsibility and no matter where High ends up I hope he has learned from this and goes on to take his opportunities in life more seriously. As in the Christian faith, admit your sins, ask for forgiveness from the Savior, and do things per his teachings moving forward. I do hope High comes back to UNC, we all make mistakes, we deserve forgiveness if we sincerely ask for it and do not repeat the action but there still may be a penalty you have to pay.
To be clear, I was referring to a different poster and they were doubling down and going way too far! I couldn't respond directly because I would have to take them off ignore, but peeps' responses indicated where they were going. I may be a bit sensitive at this juncture since peeps tend to blow these things way out of proportion a la the supposed academic scandal we endured that was largely smoke.

I really hope the young man learns and grows from this experience and no matter where he goes, I pray he is ultimately successful! UNC does NOT turn on Family and this is what has earned my loyalty!
