Good thing, too, because ND's crowd was starting to get into it and they have been driving by our guys like we were standing still. Nothing kills a run faster than a couple of threes to push a lead back to double figures.

D hasn't been great. The offense has been very good. I would like to see the contact down low called the same on our bigs as their guys but it is so nice to see Marcus hitting.

Every time Notre Dame needs a basket they call some BS touch foul. Meanwhile the same contact on the other end is play on. Zach Auguste pushed Meeks in the back for a no call and them Meeks blocks him cleanly and it's a foul. We have way more size then Notre Dame but it's them that lives at the line.

Marcus Hicks and Berry had a really good half. Brice has been a beast on the boards but that's it from him so far

I DO wish we could have some ACC road games where we stomp the crap out of a good team just once in a while. Seems like we can't play anyone like we should on the road.

All in all not a bad first half, but not great either.

39-30 at the half. Paige has 12 and Hicks has 10 to lead the Heels. Except for some sloppy guard play, UNC played pretty well. Also it helps that the Irish did not hit a three.Pinson played a ton with Britt not available. Don't know what is up with Jackson. He is not even looking to score.

It was definitely inconsistent down low the last ten minutes. Road games are like that at times though. The TOs were frustrating for sure. Most of them just careless like you said.
