I think it should be a criminal offense to go to work if you even suspect you have the flu.
And a felony if your work involves food handling or touching people.

No disrespect to you guys but I'm assuming you aren't students at UNC anymore and therefore would not get the info quickly. I know you don't want to accept the fact but it's known around campus that he did so. You don't have to believe me i don't really care but I'm just telling you why he is not currently with the team because he knowingly gave herpes to a lot of women.
Well that's their problem. Unless they were raped or forced or out drunk, if they willingly had sex and got an std from it, that's their fault. It could have been easily avoided.

Yep I 100% agree. A lot of girls just throw themselves at the players pretty much nightly. You wouldn't believe the stories I've heard or the scenes I've witnessed in regards to it
Not in today's society if both the man and woman get drunk and have sex but the woman says she doesn't remember it's rape because according to the general statute he should know she was to inebriated to give consent even if he was just as inebriated. The deck is stacked against men and so they should we should.be more careful. I do agree however that it takes two and they are half to blame. Gossip is not fact. It might turn out to be true, but there was also plenty of gossip going around that duke LAX players raped someone. How did that turn out?

Well, if she is putting out in public that it's looking good on the case perspective, I think that's a pretty good indicator. In her business, I don't think she would risk hurting her reputation, even if it was a little.
It's her job to make her client look good and say that the case is going well. It won't hurt her reputation since that's what she's supposed to do.
