Apparently the coach tried to grab him to shake his hand because Howard was in his feelings and didn't want to shake hands. I would guess he wasn't trying to say good game. Pretty stupid for both to do that. Just ignore each other and go to the locker room.
Let's not go too far. I realize it's the thing to do in this day and age to overreact but stuff happens in the heat of competition. Let's not forget that Matt Doherty and Crissy Collins came real close to blows a few years back, and hell, even Dean and that jackass Rixk Barnes got into it back in the day.

Gard called timeout with 15 seconds left, but Michigan was STILL PRESSING with at least 1 starter still in and key subs still in. Wisky had the end of the bench players in the game. Howard lost his mind here, feeling the pressure of being preseason top 5 and not making the Dance.
