sorry that was incredible coaching by state The Ball forced to everyone you didnt want to shoot the ball and it came up aces for them..
Possibly the worst half of basketball in the Roy Williams era. Absolutely pathetic by coach and players.
Not one guy going well. Looked like Jackson might be on but no dice.

Lowest scoring half of the season. Hell prob the decade. 7/25 against one of the worst def in acc. Pray for roy.

Absolute joke of a half. Everyone guaranteeing a victory against Dook in a week and a half just because we're at the dome needs to watch this one closely. Two well played games in a row is about the limit for these guys, then the lack of consistent effort, consistent intelligence, and of plain old ability to get the ball in the basket at times returns unfortunately
The Basketball IQ is the problem with this team, James gets it in the paint, Paige is uncovered to his left for a three but he challenges a superior player and misses...there is a reason some of these guys have the available shots because they are bad shooters and State is denying the only good one...
NO 2nd chance points! Killing us on the boards, got to dig down and find something quick. Our front line is being out played-out hustled-out worked.

I don't know why anyone would be. Like I said in the other thread, if we lose by less than 10 I would be surprised.

coach needs to tell them they are playing Duke not State for the second half
29-18 at the half and that is not a misprint. State has come in with a game play and they are going a tremendous job in executing it. They are using almost the entire game clock before taking a shot and they are getting a bunch of extra shots because they have 8 offensive rebounds. Neither Meeks, Johnson, James, Hicks or James can make a shot in close.
Jackson is taking way too many shots but since Paige, and Tokoto seem to be missing in action he has no choice. No sugar coating the obvious by the State guards are winning the war against the Carolina guards. Neither Paige, Britt or Berry have been able to slow down Barber and Lacey is just embarrashing who ever is trying to cover him.
The Wolfpack is controlling the Tiempo and for UNC to get back in the game they have to find a way to get some stops and a way to speed the game up.
