NIL is great at UK. They are still getting great recruits. They kept Tshiebwe after he won NPoY by paying him a boatload of NIL.
It's not NIL killing UK. It's all the older players and the transfer portal. Calipari is still relying mainly on freshmen with a couple older players sprinkled in. Everyone is else filling their rosters with 4th, 5th, and 6th year players. Those freshmen can't hang with the grown men they have to play in March.
