Again those catch / no catch rules are ridiculous. Once he reaches over the goal line that should be a TD. It would be for a running play.
Yea I guess you would say as a runner you’re already in possession of the ball. Being a receiver you have to complete the catch all the way through no matter where you’re at. I know you know this I’m just sayin. I kind of understand it. Don’t really care one way or the other tho.
imo, that was a terrible call and it’s a terrible rule...that’s a td if a rb or qb do it when not in the act of catching.
How so? You can hate on the rule all you want but it is a rule. And the refs made the call according to the rule.
Oh a catch/no catch controversy marred the ending of another game? Color me shocked. It is the most awful thing about the NFL's product (that occurs during the 60 minutes on the field). It needs to get simplified. How Zach Miller's injury catch wasn't a catch is fukking beyond me and is an insult to Zach Miller.

Have you noticed that they haven't used the word "sexual" yet ? They have referred to workplace misconduct or something like that.
Yea. They said he used “sexually suggestive language” towards employees as well as a racial slur on at least one occasion.

The guy caught the ball. If he landed anywhere else, and had lost the ball, it would have been down by contact. He already had control of the ball, and he crossed the plane of the end zone with the ball. And, frankly, when he landed with the ball, it moved upwards in his own grasp. He never "dropped it" or had it out of his possession. It's fine with me because it makes the Patriots even more hated and deserving of their scorn.
Down by contact? He was never touched. We get it. You don’t like the rule. Rules are rules. Start a petition if the rule bothers you so bad. But to say they got robbed is completely false. The refs got it 100% correct.
