I have no problem with a Dem, indy or conservative-voting-for-Harris discussing some word salad moments from Harris. But a Trump voter?????CNN panel critical of Kamala Harris' town hall performance: 'Word salad city'
CNN commentators and hosts were critical of Vice President Kamala Harris on Wednesday following her town hall, suggesting that she avoided answering questions with "word salads."www.foxnews.com
WORD SALAD CITY...
ActBlue is a thing, but the WinRed side is way more guilty numbers-wise. Is that because they are targeting old people inordinately?Except there was no grift. Not a scintilla of evidence that they did anything other than send messages and requests to which the guy willingly said Yes. There is nothing to suggest that WinRed did anything nefarious or had any information that they were dealing with someone who had such issues.
This is someone who was let down by his kids. Plain and simple. I understand how it could happen, but just because WinRed was the ultimate beneficiary, it doesn't make them the problem. But, playing on emotion is all you've got and you guys do it well.
Tulsi said, "what up?"This is Michigan Republican Fred Upton who served three decades in the U.S. House of Representatives. He recently endorsed Kamala Harris and has already cast his ballot for her in the 2024 election. Glad to have Rep. Upton on the winning team!
Thanks for posting this. It bring up a great question - who are some of the folks that voted for Biden but our now supporting Trump?Tulsi said, "what up?"
Oh no not the J6 committee... Is that the same group that destroyed all of their "evidence"?In trump's defense, his fundraising scams are usually not uncovered until well after the fact.

I'll recognize her:Tulsi said, "what up?"
Wait, a guy who retired after 36 years in Congress that voted to impeach Trump would endorse the non-Trump candidate? Call me shocked. This is Michigan Republican Fred Upton who served three decades in the U.S. House of Representatives. He recently endorsed Kamala Harris and has already cast his ballot for her in the 2024 election. Glad to have Rep. Upton on the winning team!
Meh. Serves the dumb bastards right. It's impossible to feel sorry for some people.Trump Scammed Supporters Out of $250 Million for Nonexistent Fraud Fund

Wow. I had no idea you were so high placed and were a part of these actual discussions. Careful about what you reveal to us though, they might come after your security clearance. You do know the reason Ukraine aid was included right? That's what the GOP originally wanted, then they had an issue with their own original stance when their pro-putin members started barking.
Ah, so you're willing to do a little bit of research on a former politician who's endorsing the Democratic candidate but you refuse to read a very brief, two-page house bill regarding the devastation of Hurricane Helene before spouting off?Wait, a guy who retired after 36 years in Congress that voted to impeach Trump would endorse the non-Trump candidate? Call me shocked.
So, are you admitting that you are an ageist?ActBlue is a thing, but the WinRed side is way more guilty numbers-wise. Is that because they are targeting old people inordinately?
You posted about some guy that I'd never heard of, let alone knew anything about, so I had to see if he was even real. Lie to yourself all you want, but his endorsement isn't changing a single vote.Ah, so you're willing to do a little bit of research on a former politician who's endorsing the Democratic candidate but you refuse to read a very brief, two-page house bill regarding the devastation of Hurricane Helene before spouting off?
Your credibility is in the basement.
Inflation hurts even more when you've gave your money to Trump's legal defense fund so he could pay kraken-level attorneys.Meh. Serves the dumb bastards right. It's impossible to feel sorry for some people.
Inflation? What inflation? All I've heard and read is that inflation is down. Wait, are you suggesting that these words don't tell the actual story when we've been told that?Inflation hurts even more when you've gave your money to Trump's legal defense fund so he could pay kraken-level attorneys.
The bill was really short. It was targeted at specific counties. And it has an end-date (when this ballot-counting period for this specific election ends).I don't need to decipher the subtleties and intricacies of local NC politics by reading bill language when there is undoubtedly more than meets the eye here.
The entire globe had inflation, US actually fared better than other big countries in this regard. Since this is news to you then you haven't been reading posts... or anything outside of your bubble.Inflation? What inflation? All I've heard and read is that inflation is down. Wait, are you suggesting that these words don't tell the actual story when we've been told that?
So cut through the bull. There's got to be some claimed reason for voting against it, whether you consider it the proper vote or not. I asked and got no answer. Is this one of those things that was grandstanding and completely unnecessary? The bill was really short. It was targeted at specific counties. And it has an end-date (when this ballot-counting period for this specific election ends).
Help me out and tell me what I missed. Based on my acute reading ability, I interpreted HB 1077 as addressing the extension for the deadlines for voter registration and submissions of absentee ballots. There was absolutely nothing such as "other stuff snuck into it" which you blindly claimed was the case.I don't need to decipher the subtleties and intricacies of local NC politics by reading bill language when there is undoubtedly more than meets the eye here. That you can't or refuse to see it in bill language means next to nothing. Based upon your repeated inability to read things and comprehend what's in them, why would I rely on your claim and invest the time?
Truth.Inflation hurts even more when you've gave your money to Trump's legal defense fund so he could pay kraken-level attorneys.
I didn't read past the word 'cult'. If you're such a loser that all you can do is squeal the stupidity of 'cult', nothing else you have to say is worth reading either. Grow up, junior..For fun, now do all all of the propaganda information sources you use to justify joining a cult. Of course, a Fox isn't going to report on a topic like this.
Nate Cohn is probably the most respected pollster out there.
"Theoretically, this should game the averages as well. Something like this happened in 2022: As Nate Cohn wrote for the Times on the eve of that election, the averages were being bombarded by “a wave of polls” from firms that didn’t “adhere to industry standards for transparency or data collection” and which were producing “much more Republican-friendly results.” Democrats ended up defying the results suggested by some of the averages, picking up a Senate seat and holding House losses to a minimum—itself a historically anomalous result for a party holding the White House in a midterm election—even as many predicted a GOP rout."
No, it is you who needs to pay attention to posts and get outside of your bubble. Inflation is NOT DOWN. It's just not as far UP as it was. Going from really bad to not as bad or even ok is not the same as "down".The entire globe had inflation, US actually fared better than other big countries in this regard. Since this is news to you then you haven't been reading posts... or anything outside of your bubble.
Maybe, maybe not. But you STILL haven't answered the actual question (a continuing challenge for you). If this is only good, if it's all positives, and absolutely not one single thing that could be a negative, why did they vote against it? There had to be a reason. The reason may absolutely SUCK, I admit that is possible, but why?Help me out and tell me what I missed. Based on my acute reading ability, I interpreted HB 1077 as addressing the extension for the deadlines for voter registration and submissions of absentee ballots. There was absolutely nothing such as "other stuff snuck into it" which you blindly claimed was the case.

It's like idiot D politician's and the media when they claim that an R has "reduced" an agency's budget or made them do "cuts" when the previous projected annual increase in budget went from 18% to "only" 10%. That's not a cut in the budget of 8% as would be claimed or reported. It's still going up and increasing by 10%. That can only be considered an increase under any version of math. To say otherwise is a lie and it really doesn't matter that in the other countries budgets for similar items went up by 12%. I don't really care what someone in France pays for gas, eggs, or electricity.
Maybe, maybe not. But you STILL haven't answered the actual question (a continuing challenge for you). To own the libs? The bill was put forth by the libs, so that's all I have. Seriously theSo cut through the bull. There's got to be some claimed reason for voting against it, whether you consider it the proper vote or not. I asked and got no answer. Is this one of those things that was grandstanding and completely unnecessary?
I know this is a question for @blazers, but I'm not shy about butting in. No official reason has been given. Theories suggest it's because Republicans generally suppress as many voters as possible and/or this is another rigged 2020 in the making. So cut through the bull. There's got to be some claimed reason for voting against it, whether you consider it the proper vote or not. I asked and got no answer. Is this one of those things that was grandstanding and completely unnecessary?

And I never said it was. You brought up inflation making Trump donations hurt worse and I referred to what we have been told about inflation repeatedly by the administration and their supporters, including the media. You talked about how our suck wasn't as bad as everyone else's suck. So I go back to my original point about your comment. Inflation? What inflation? I mean, it doesn't hurt at all to donate to Trump, Biden, Harris or anyone else when inflation is down. Sorry if calling out the false narrative hit a nerve. Is the word down in my post?
There are hundreds to thousands of popular/public people (mostly mayors, governors, congress from federal and state-level, lots of military generals and ex-cabinet appointees) who have publicly switched from voting Trump/Repub in the past to now voting for Harris. And I personally know many not popular people who voted Trump 2016, then ditched him.
Saying you don't know is an actual answer and that's fair. So, thank you. But this is about like the bill to increase the money for SS protection after they tried to kill Trump twice (that we know of) - kinda a no brainer on it's face. So, I still suspect there is more to this. Maybe not, just seems very, very, very short sighted if everything is on the up and up.To own the libs? The bill was put forth by the libs, so that's all I have. Seriously theGOPMAGA legislatures aren't predictable unless it comes to stalling or blocking to "own the libs" or it comes to taking directions from our lord savior DJT.
The entire globe had inflation, US actually fared better than other big countries in this regard. Since this is news to you then you haven't been reading posts... or anything outside of your bubble.
There are plenty of non-establishment politicians who AREN'T morally corrupt fascist dictators. Sorry your idol / candidate sucks so badly that people are having to vote against their personal policy preferences.Lol. This is telling, at least to those of us that figured out a long time ago that the government doesn't have the best interest of Americans in mind. Yet you and the other foolish libs here keep flexing when establishment politician after establishment politician endorses your candidate.
You'd think y'all would have figured it out by now. Yet here we are.
