I would certainly vote for him again if he ended up being the republican choice to run against whatever nitwit the dems put up, but I can say with equal candor that I would vote for any other candidate the republicans come up with. Trump tried to overturn an election. The American people had spoken and decided who they wanted, by a wide margin. Trump tried to refuse the American people their right to choose and would have decided for the them if he could have. Lord knows he tried. Luckily he is about as competent as his followers.
Trump believed like I do that the election was bullshit. I think I would have recognized the futility of doing anything about it after the fact, but I certainly sympathize with his desire to see the election overturned and recalculated, as impossible as that might have been.
Your characterization of Trump's efforts as trying to thwart the will of the people is just typical TDS talk. He wanted the will of legitimate voters to decide the results, just as any fair-minded American would.
I'm not denying at all that he made somewhat of an ass of himself in the process, but in this age of political correctness or else, it's heartening to find somebody acting real for a change.
What damage did he do to our election process down the road? And if he was not trying to thwart the will of the American people, WTF would you call it? Make no mistake, he knew he lost but wanted to stay in office anyway. No American should ever forgive him for that.

if anything, what he did will result in elections being conducted as they should be, with the least amount of question over legitimacy. And not that it will do any good to repeat endlessly to you, but as I said he wanted the will of legitimate voters to determine the winner. He of course knew that the numbers as tallied showed that he lost, but he questioned the legitimacy of the vote itself. No American in his right mind who had his eyes wide open should ever question his legitimate concern over the election results.
