OOTB's Political Thread . ..

I don't remember seeing 'Kingmaker' on any ballot. Guess I need to pay better attention.

Does this 'kingmaker' office cover everything I care about, my country and my well-being within it? If so, I'm hoping he can be that again.
The thing that I find funny about this assertion by Blaze is sitting back and playing the role of the Kingmaker within the party is what I was begging for orange to do two years ago instead of running again. You can't be both and had he joined behind someone else, I don't think this thing would be particularly close right now. The same thing if the Biden/Harris team had not run again and someone else had been nominated and voted on, Trump would be down bigly.

Thanks for this.
Well we’re talking about making someone the most powerful person on the planet so to me it’s critical. I’m not looking for a saint. Just someone with some integrity or at least more than the other guy or gal
Fair enough, but that means the standard is only a scintilla over the other person and is always relative. How low do you descend into the pig slop before it doesn't really matter anymore? If one candidate's body count is 5000 and the other is 5010, the former is not the "whore" because they boinked a mere 10 less? What if the latter was all consenting adults at Diddy and Epstein parties and the former paid high priced escorts everyday? All I'm saying is that neither one of these people are total paragons of virtue and I think you are kidding yourself if you think what we think we know about them gives one or the other a significant bump on the morality table. It still gets back to the policy that they will institute with the power of that office.
I put out two bowls of anti freeze. One blue one red. Then see which she drinks
I get it, you're a dog guy. You're not alone.
Yes I would agree
This is the part that most people find to be an inconvenience. They love the Constitution when it supports their narrative. It's annoying and needs to be "re-interpreted" for "modern times" when it doesn't.

I agree with this completely, and I was hoping the same thing, that he wouldn't run again but that his presence and influence would lend the supports he gets to the chosen candidate. Shoo-in against Biden/Harris, high probability against others.

Kamala has claimed it. No one can confirm it. End of story. McD's corporate speak doesn't do anything to substantiate what is proving to be a falsehood, but assumes her claim to be true (like you). However, that doesn't make it so. It only means that you believe it. But you believe a lot of things.
While I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt (who brags about working at McDonald's while in college?), I'm sure I'm not as obsessed about it as you are. And she doesn't need to prop up her middle-class upbringing, especially when she's going head-to-head with Donald Trump.

As for "switching the letters," never mind the letters. You're a bigger moron than I thought if you think Trump doesn't lie, exaggerate, distort the truth, and fudge the numbers to prop up his actual worth.

Why are we still talking about this? Let it go, pooptard. Let it go.

this is the guy who tried to ridicule me for simply repeating that there were upwards of 20 grand illegals around Springfield Ohio, with him claiming that there were only something like 5,000. He made a big deal of discrediting what he considered to be partisan exaggeration on my part. Turns out the twenty grand was exactly right, and I pointed that out to him and provided credible substantiation..

He has yet to admit hat he made himself look like a fool in that case. He's just a stooge, not to be taken seriously.

I'm not obsessed with anything other than your false claim that something was inconsistent. You asked the question of "which is it" on a false premise (something you do quite often with one of your "sounds like" statements) and I called you on your: 1) idiocy or: 2) intentional misstatement. As to who falsely brags about it, the answer would be (per McD's own stats), someone who is trying to appeal to the 1 in 8 that have worked there as well as all those people around them that worked at other, similar jobs.

Trump would never claim such a stance because he is not trying to distance himself from his upbringing. Further, if you go back to your beloved polls, that's where orange has hit her the hardest in collecting his support with the middle class type worker from McD's. You need to dig a little deeper on the demographics that have taken place.

You're the moron if you think that the letter doesn't matter because the treatment is fair and unbiased. But nice move of the goalposts/whataboutism.

Well, he's certainly proficient at posting campaign approved talking points and changing topics when handed the receipts of deceit.

Another demonstration of Noir's difficulty and sad, sad ability with reading comprehension. Or, have we actually been giving you too much credit and it's just a comprehension problem?

One is a candidate making a claim that literally can't be confirmed by anyone else (the company, the franchise owner, co-workers, etc.) and the media leaving the claim alone because it would hurt their anointed queen. The other is a very general statement by that company that assumes the truth of that candidate's claim and comments accordingly. "So,. which is it"? Both, you dumb ass.

I'm really sorry that you have such challenges. I'm also sorry that you get so easily offended by X now that it isn't regulated for you to only offer what your programmers deem you should think.

Stuff like this probably upsets you - after someone tells you it's not true, only parody.

lol, this is pure gold,.

He will have a mental breakdown after election day. We will never see him again.

lol, welcome to dealing with that slipperiest of slippery eels, @Heels Noir. Corner him and you'll find he has no reluctance at all to prevaricate. If you call him on it, just wait a day or two after this exchange is pages back, and he'll pop up and say YOU were lying.

Do you know what a poll is because that's not a poll. Not even close. That's you throwing around random numbers you pulled out of your ass.
Of course I know what a "poll" is and I knew it didn't meet the technical definition when I posted it. But it's worth more than you're posting to which it referred. Only one poll matters. That's why I made fun of you for ad nauseum posting polls when you were all high on joy and hope. Reality has returned and, now, not so many polls. I'll give you credit, at least you aren't arguing that the only polls are ones Trump is paying for to flood the market with them.

But it does get back to the incessant idea of polling about everything including how did she do in her interview? Was it favorable? Etc. All I know is the televised portion was 21 minutes and she referenced Trump 42 times in that span of time. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess it wasn't ever in a favorable manner. Thus, she spent the bulk of her time telling us about how bad her opponent is. Fair enough, but it's not like she gave us any info about what her plans in so doing. That leaves us with vote against trump and abortion. Is this really how to run a railroad?

Yeah, when I hear the word "Trump" I instantly think integrity.

and this is the perfect opportunity to explain why I think your stance is so misguided. I don't care what anyone thinks about Trump personally. I don't care about him personally at all myself. I only care about what his presidency would be like compared to the competition.

So let's agree, neither are saints. The huge difference is that while Trump exaggerates like johnny-be-good (and if you want to say he lies, for the sake of argument I wont argue), The lies he gets raked over the coals for are apparent and harmless if you have an IQ that even just registers. Harris just flat out lies and deceives and it's so fvcking obvious that she is doing so that I almost choke when no one points it out.

You get exactly what you see with Donald Trump, and that is precisely why he gets the support he gets. Many of us are just beyond fed up with the Kamala Harris', i.e. politicians who practice deception as if it's in the job description. Trump bullshits but he is not a phony. I hate phonies and I don't trust a phony. Kamala Harris is phony to the core.

At least you're admitting that you'll post irrelevant and fictitious crap here just because you feel like it. (Sorry but I can't comment on the rest of your post because I stopped reading after the first sentence.)

There's that reading issue again, because I said nothing remotely close to your summary.

Again, help is out there, but you must be willing to seek it out. I think @chickenhunter has particular expertise with special ed and could probably make some referrals if needed.

Btw, in all her previous campaigns, etc., it was never, ever, mentioned. Weird isn't it? Maybe she'll just come out and say that she's a bonehead who misspoke. Apparently, that makes it ok. I could care less if she did or didn't work there, it's the use of it to prop up the false claim of her being a regular, middle of the road American who was raised with apple pie and a Chevrolet narrative that is the issue - and what 90% of the media does with it. Switch the letters just a moment and imagine the attack.
Who cares about Kamala's McD work experience?

Trump supporters care.

Who cares about Trump refusing to return classified documents?

Everybody should but Rs are too busy caring about Kamala flipping burgers.

Do you realize it's illegal for U.S. citizens to place bets on polymarket?
Do you realize it's illegal for non-citizens to enter the country outside of a port of entry? Ya, doesn't seem to stop them either.
Polling in PA has 11% of republicans voting for Harris. Biden received 6% of the republican vote in 2020.
Must be her stance on banning fracking that's endearing her to so many in PA?
There it is.... an accurate description of Happy Valley and surrounding counties.
Given all the diddling that went on in Happy Valley I would have considered it a Progressive stronghold.

You could of saved a lot of keystrokes by typing, "I'm a cuck in a cult".

Who cares about Kamala's false claims of McD work experience?

Trump supporters care about a false middle class narrative.

Who cares about Trump refusing to return declassified documents, documents he was entitled to have, or documents that every high federal office holder apparently has until they are forced to return them?

Nobody but Ds because they are too busy pursuing lawfare rather than caring about actual issues facing our country.

What? You just admitted you wrote something that you knew was inaccurate. Maybe you don't know the difference between a poll and someone sharing a biased untruth after all.

Nah. It'll take them days/weeks to "count" the votes. This silliness of planning to count them on election night just because we know the date and everything is so antiquated. Better move the date a week or two.
