Trump & Hillary

Come on guys, I think it is fair to say there is lying on both sides here. Perhaps Hillary's have been while being a member of the United States Government, which really is bad and she has no business running the country if she cannot at LEAST admit to it (which she won't!), and Donald Trump has been swindling and lying as a business man for many years too and add to that his juvenile attitude and Twitter hissy fits, well, it doesn't look good on the GOP side either. I don't have to repeat all the stuff you guys have been posting trying to outdo each other on this thread on which one is worse.... we all know it... they are both the worst thing to happen to us. We really should at some point just all accept that there is is not going to be winners here this time around. The usual argument of choosing the lesser of two evils cannot even be applied here and you guys know it. They are both equally as bad as the other and if you think different, you are seriously kidding yourself or walking around the right and left blinders on that most sheeple seem to wear every election.

The ONLY hope we would even have is if we could get a third party candidate in there if for no other reason than to shake up the establishment enough to say "wait a minute! these people are not as stupid as we thought...." THAT would be the only way we could show these assholes that love power so much that they will lie, steal and cheat (and in some cases cause the deaths of innocent people; Benghazi) and they already know they can count of the ignorance of those who follow the party system over their country to keep them right where they want to be. WE do this! We allow this to happen! WE CAN stop it too if we just get some damn guts and show them WE ARE IN CONTROL, not them! Show them we have had enough of their BS! But nope, you guys would rather tiny D it down and argue of the left and right crap because your ego will not allow you to look beyond anything else.

You say you love this country???? Then get some big ones and really really do something about it this time! Love you guys! xoxo ;)

And, let's set the record on Khizr Khan. While we all mourn the loss of his son, he put himself out there to be used as a political pawn by Shillary Skank-ton, so his background is now fair game. Here is the scoop from Brietbart:

Khizr Khan, the Muslim Gold Star father that Democrats and their allies media wide have been using to hammer GOP presidential nominee Donald J. Trump, has deleted his law firm’s website from the Internet.

This development is significant, as his website proved—as Breitbart News and others have reported—that he financially benefits from unfettered pay-to-play Muslim migration into America.

A snapshot of his now deleted website, as captured by the Wayback Machine which takes snapshots archiving various websites on the Internet, shows that as a lawyer he engages in procurement of EB5 immigration visas and other “Related Immigration Services.”

The website is completely removed from the Internet, and instead directs visitors to the URL at which it once was to a page parking the URL run by GoDaddy.

The EB5 program, which helps wealthy foreigners usually from the Middle East essentially buy their way into America, is fraught with corruption. U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has detailed such corruption over the past several months, and in February issued a blistering statement about it.

“Maybe it is only here on Capitol Hill—on this island surrounded by reality—that we can choose to plug our ears and refuse to listen to commonly accepted facts,” Grassley said in a statement earlier this year. “The Government Accountability Office, the media, industry experts, members of congress, and federal agency officials, have concurred that the program is a serious problem with serious vulnerabilities. Allow me to mention a few of the flaws.”

Grassley’s statement even noted that the program Khan celebrated on his website has posed national security risks.

“There are also classified reports that detail the national security, fraud and abuse. Our committee has received numerous briefings and classified documents to show this side of the story,” Grassley said in the early February 2016 statement. “The enforcement arm of the Department of Homeland Security wrote an internal memo that raises significant concerns about the program. One section of the memo outlines concerns that it could be used by Iranian operatives to infiltrate the United States. The memo identifies seven main areas of program vulnerability, including the export of sensitive technology, economic espionage, use by foreign government agents and terrorists, investment fraud, illicit finance and money laundering.”

Khan spoke alongside his wife Ghazala Khan at the Democratic National Convention last week in Philadelphia, and they were honoring their son U.S. Army Captain Humayun Khan—a hero who lost his life to a suicide bomber in Iraq in 2004. On behalf of Hillary Rodham Clinton, the Democratic nominee for president, Khizr Khan ripped into Donald Trump’s policies on immigration—specifically bashing his plan to bar Muslim migration from regions afflicted with rampant terrorism into America temporarily until the United States can figure out what’s going on.

Khan even brought out a pocket Constitution, claiming inaccurately that Trump’s plans were unconstitutional. That’s not true, as Congress has already granted such power to the president under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952—allowing the president to bar migration of any alien or class of aliens the president sees as a threat to the United States for any reason at any time. Such a class of aliens could be Muslims, or it could be people from a specific region of the world, or any other class—such as someone’s race, weight, height, age, national origin, religion, or anything else.

The media, along with Hillary Clinton and her supporters throughout the Democratic Party establishment, has pushed the line of attack against Trump for days. Now on Tuesday, President Barack Obama has said that Trump is “unfit” to serve as President over the matter. Even a group of anti-Trump congressional Republicans has gone after Trump on the matter.

But as Breitbart News and other new media have exposed Khan’s various deep political and legal connections to the Clintons—and to Muslim migration—the attack line has crumbled. Now, with Khan deleting his website in an apparent effort to hide his biographical information, the attack is falling apart even more.

What’s perhaps interesting is that also on this website that he has now deleted, Khan revealed that he spent nearly a decade working for the mega-D.C. law firm Hogan & Hartson—now Hogan Lovells LLP—which connects him directly with the government of Saudi Arabia and the Clintons themselves. Saudi Arabia, which has retained the firm that Khan worked at for years, has donated between $10 million and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation. Hillary Clinton, despite the repeated urging of Trump, has refused to return the Clinton Cash money to the Saudis. What’s more, Hogan Lovells also did Hillary Clinton’s taxes—and helped acquire the patents for parts of the technology she used in crafting her illicit home-brew email server that the FBI director called “extremely careless” in handling classified information.

What’s more, the entire mainstream has proven negligence with regard to this matter as none of them even thought to look into this Khan guy’s law practice before bandying him about as some kind of magic elixir that cures the country of Trump.

Thank you.

That said -- I wish Trump had less pride sometimes and didn't take the bait. This situation is severely hurting Trump and he needs to know when to STFU and move on.

None of that BS matters, Nukee . .

Trump was totally baited by the DNC and he took it hook, line and sinker . . LOL

We're now in the 5th day of this Mr/Mrs Khan back 'n forth and in that short time Trump's numbers have dropped considerably. Had he just ignored it all and moved on down the road he'd be okay. He simply couldn't and rarely, if ever, does just that . .

Look for more of the same in the next couple of months . .

Doesn't matter what you think of Clinton, the alternative to her via the Republican Party is looking worse by the hour, and that downward-spiraling trend of Trump-support will only continue IMO, and that from within his adopted party.

Trump can be a jerk, has character issues but seems to genuinely care about America and is his own man. Hillary is a world-class criminal and traitor who means to harm America and Americans, and is sold out to regimes and corrupt organizations all over the world. They have made her very wealthy and she's going to do their bidding. She serves their interests, not our's.

I am going with Trump even though he wasn't my first, second, or third choice, etc,....

Here are some things I believe Trump brings to the table.

1. Scare the crap out of the political establishment in both parties and their media allies and send them running for cover. That alone is worth our vote.

2. Give the democrats the opportunity to exorcise themselves of the Clinton corruption machine.

3. Put America First in foreign policy and trade deals.

4. Avoid unnecessary conflicts and wars Hillary is fond of, such as the murder of Ghadafy.

5. Put radical jihadists on notice and allow our special ops to take the gloves off in killing them.

6. Will cut some wasteful spending but on the other hand, may increase some as well. But do think he's going to go after some dumb spending and regulation.

7. Ending the cancer of political correctness by his constant mockery of it. He's already doing this. If he wins, the media and academics pushing PC crap will become a laughingstock.

8. Go after every corrupt politician and movement that crosses him. Not saying he'll be fair. I am saying he seems to be an outrageous bully that relishes in destroying his political opponents personally. DC is a target rich environment for a president like that. Sure, he may take it too far and abuse his power but bet some crap gets exposed and people go to jail or at least have their political career ruined if they are dirty. Harry Reid, for example, better be glad he's retiring if Trump wins.

It's sad because you and so many others believe every bit of that. I am certain he won't get elected but if he did, you could count on the Trump you put so much faith in will not be the Trump you'd get.

We're gonna get more of the usual though with the wicked witch of the east though. Trump would not make it four years. They'd chew him up and spit him out. He couldn't handle the opposition and being told what to do. And if you think the president isn't told what to do think again.

I don't know for sure what would happen with Trump but we have a pretty good idea with Hillary. She may be the most crooked major politician in American history, and worse than that, she's sold out to our enemies.

One thing appears clear: Trump is hated by both the Republican and democrat establishment and their allies. If you ever wanted to see change, he's your best bet, and that's true even if he is a horrible person.

This is what scares the hell out of most people about Trump, you don't know. I have a vague idea what she would do but people don't have a clue about him and I'm not willing to take the chance on him. The risk is too great.

No it isn't. You have to pass legislation to bring about real change. Doing that takes a sophisticated understanding of the political system and how political capital works. He is laughably ignorant on the issues and how our government works. You really think the "establishment" is scared of Trump? If he was an actual threat they would have more than enough power to have him impeached within a month.

I think Hillary winning is in the best long term interest of the country. We desperately need to break away from this bogus 2 party "politician-lifer" system. Trump is a break away from that - which is why the establishment on both sides hate him. However, he's also unstable and abrasive - so he could definitely spook voters from voting for a non-establishment candidate in the future if he completely botches the presidency, setting us back decades in the fight to break away from this system.

Hillary would get a woman in the oval office for the first time. After this point, we would have now had a black person and a woman as president, so we can move past the garbage rhetoric that "the country isn't ready for a minority or female president". And we can go back to voting for presidents based on their policies instead of because they're black and/or a woman. Also - I think it's fair to assume based on past events, that Hillary will continue to be a corrupt, untrustworthy, bought off politician - which should convince anyone who is still in the establishments corner, that this joke show needs to end, and end fast.

This would set up a non establishment candidate, that is more likeable and less ego-driven than Trump, to crush Hillary in the 2020 election (if the Dems actually put her up for re-election) and we can all be better off from that point forward with a new era of government.

I know, the truth rarely matters to DUMB-O-CRATS. No shocker there... I could actually care less about CHUMP, because I won't vote for him. I'll be on the Johnson/Weld bandwagon this time around. However, I do care about the truth...

This is COMPLETELY a no-win situation for Trump. Why he is still replying to this guy is beyond me.

Damage Control 101: Publicly state that his comments were taken out of context. He directly apologies to the Khan family for the misunderstanding and for the hardship this has caused. And F***ING MOVE ON. It's not this difficult.

Perception > Reality.

The Clinton camp is dead silent this week b/c Trump is shooting himself in the foot (literally).

Frustrating to watch.

We have a pretty good idea of what Trump will do. Better than what most voters knew about Obama, for example. Some of us knew where he was coming from but were even surprised he was as horrible as he was.

Trump's been pretty clear about what he wants and what he will do, and the truth is there are some things he's been very consistent on for a very long time. My guess is he'll be consistent on those items but will defer to others on most others. He'll seek to renegotiate trade deals, seek to gain a much better advantage for the US on any new trade deals, will break with the globalist and PC agenda, will both take the gloves off in terms of rules of engagement for conflict and special ops against terrorists while avoiding any unnecessary or voluntary war, will increase military spending, will fix the VA or give vets cash to go elsewhere, either build the wall or adopt severe measures or both to stop illegal immigration, etc,....

On judicial nominations, abortion, health-care, etc,....who knows for sure but he'll probably appoint conservative judges provided that favors whatever else he is doing politically. Hillary definitely won't.

First time around, the Clintons gave communist China nearly every military secret we had and they leapfrogged ahead 15-20 years had they been forced to develop all that technology. China was even having problems launching their satellites. Now they can take our's out.

Hillary has found another enemy of the US to partner with, radical Muslim Islamists and jihadists. Voting for her may result in a massive war right here on American soil with EMPs and other nukes, right here. She's a Marxist dedicated to destroying capitalism. Business people are foolish to believe she's just a crook that can be bought off. Give her and the movement the time and opportunity, and you'll hate the day you ever voted for her.
It's that bad.

Also - why in God's name would he say "I have sacrificed.." as a response to any family, much less a minority one, who lost a kid fighting for this country? Does he not know how that looks to the normal public? He lives in a mansion and has billions, flies his own private jet to luxury golf courses year 'round...nobody in this country truly believes "he" sacrifices anything other than his own time.

I'm voting for him, but my God...stop acting like a f*cking child. I wish Ivanka could be his permanent spokesperson and he just never faces the public...just stay in the background making everything happen and never actually speak. That possible?

After all of that criticism... you follow-up with "I'm still voting for him!"

It amazes me how people can drag-out their own justifications for their choices. Americans will choose between crap and turd forever.

Wait!!! I have an idea.... Let's just keep doing the left/ right thing... Surely it will start working for us..... Eventually LOL. smdh I should know I'm beating a dead horse here, men are stubborn and hard headed.

One side is embarrassed by Clinton and ALL of the corruption and crookedness that surrounds her and their party. The other side is embarrassed by this complete charlatan TV personality that has no concept of manners or poise and is a completely loose cannon. Their party doesn't even support the man. And, yet... all of them are pulling-out all the stops with the most creative justification for, ONCE AGAIN, voting for the "least worst" instead of the most qualified.

America deserves to go straight into the shitter.

Yeah... that's going to happen. He's going to keep his mouth shut... NOT! If he's alive, that mouth is running. The last 10 days has shown just how unhinged he can be and lacks any sort of tact. He's just running for president now! The thought of him in office for 4 YEARS, with that kind of loose mouth? Nail everything down, is all I can say!

She's a Marxist dedicated to destroying capitalism.

Okay you're actually joking right? Hint: People who are trying to destroy capitalism probably wouldn't support international trade agreements or deregulating financial institutions...

This is the kind of ignorance we need to fix in this country. Hillary Clinton is obviously a neo-liberal hawk that has been bought and paid for by big money interests. Saying that someone who is working in the interests of the biggest capitalist in the world is a Marxist is idiotic. It's made even more idiotic by the fact that the Clinton's are notorious for being arrogant aristocratic types. Do you even know what Marxism is?

Yes they would. She's a disciple of Saul Alinsky. Lenin had his capitalist allies as well.

Arrogant aristocratic types fit well with modern Marxists, particularly of the Leninist variety. Just who the heck do you think Marxists believe should be the elite and rule? Answer: themselves.

What you are seeing are 3 groups and movements you'd think would be enemies but are joined in common cause: the hard Left, radical Islam and the global, uber-lawless capitalist elites that want to be operate above the law, more commonly known as the New World Order.

If you don't believe me, just ask yourself why Hillary and Obama are so fond and supportive of radical Islam, groups like the Muslim Brotherhood and such. How can you be for women's rights, gay rights, etc,....and be allied to groups with the polar opposite views?

The answer is they all have a common enemy and that's you and me, bud, whether you realize it or not.

What would she do? Do what she did during the Benghazi attack? I don't think we can safely say she wouldn't even be partly behind an attack on this nation. Trump is at least a patriot.

The funny thing about this is that one would assume you're making an endorsement of Clinton's policies by saying she's capitalist, not marxist... but in reality you'd prefer her to be Marxist.

Speaking of taking the bait...

Obviously know a lot more about Marxism than you do. The Soviets supported and enacted their own international trade agreements and favored deregulated financial institutions, at least globally. If you knew anything about the history of communism, you'd already know that.

But you don't and so it seems idiotic to you.

Here's what Lenin said about the big banks.

""Without big banks, socialism would be impossible. The big banks are the 'state apparatus' which we need to bring about socialism, and which we take ready-made from capitalism." "

Well, we've had a central bank for over 100 years. She's in Goldman-Sachs' pocket, along with most of Wall Street. I wouldn't call Wall Street a communist institution.

I'm not a Marxist at all. Though clearly a greater level of class consciousness would go a long way in this country.

The fact that you're trying to compare state run central banks with Wall Street is kinda silly. America is the biggest consumerist state in the world. The wealthiest capitalists in this country completely control the government and you think Marxism is their end goal? lololololololololololololol

I read somewhere that our current oligarchs stand to lose billions (or the opportunity to make billions) if the TPP is shot down, hence the crazy money being thrown at Hillary.

Makes sense to me.

I don't fault you for being ignorant and uneducated as far as Marxism but do fault you for not recognizing you are.

First, if you are for the working man or "class conscious" as you say, the dumbest thing in the world is to be a democrat and Hilary supporter. I could explain but you'd have to be willing to actually learn for it to be worth it.

Second, Lenin and the Soviets didn't just rely on State-owned banks. Guess you only have a shallow understanding of Leninism and Marxism and their tactics. They were always connected to and relied on foreign capitalist big banks as well, and one reason the Soviets fell is that Reagan pressured those banks, mostly European, to either stop doing business with them or change how they did business to comply with more regulation.

The communists always, always favored a deregulated banking system, at least in terms of actual rules and regulations.

It should be pretty clear by now that I'm neither a democrat or a Hillary supporter.

We can start comparing the banking under Lenin to Wall Street when Hillary starts suggesting that we nationalize the central banks like Lenin did. These ideologies are polar opposites. Hillary is bought and paid for by private interests and financial institutions to ensure that they continue to get rich. If she were actually a communist she would want to take that wealth/private capital away from the individuals signing the checks and give it to the working public.

It is obvious to me who the "Democrat or die" and "Republican or die" people are on here. Their chosen candidate could get up say they wanted to gas everyone who was born on the odd days of every month to help reduce the population and they would support that person regardless. In my opinion, those people are the worst ones to be allowed to vote. They don't care about issues or where candidates stand on anything, all they care about is that their side wins, period. That is now what this country was founded on. One nation that is indivisible does not need this party system any longer, it is not working. Besides, all the Trump supporters are clearly telling all of us regularly that HE IS NOT the typical Republican or politician for that matter, so what does that tell ya.... that they secretly/subconsciously do not like the party system either and are sick of it and would like to see it gone as well. Unless of course, Trump was running on the Dem ticket and they were suddenly opposed to him as they are Hillary. If that were the case, then I'd say they should not vote at all, ever again.

Political tribalism.

I can easily prove love exists. You conduct a brain scan on a few thousand different people who are provided with a stimuli (someone they love) and measure the brain activity. The same general brain activity will be associated with what you describe as the feeling love.

You seem to think its just "religion" for me. It's not. I can break down for you why from a philosophical standpoint the belief in a "creator" is counterproductive and counter-intuitive even without the organized religion. They aren't taking anything away from me. I'm not an atheist because of somebody else's warped view of religion. I'm an atheist because their is absolutely no evidence whatsoever to suggest the existence of such an entity, and there is an overwhelming amount of evidence that we live in an impartial material universe.

You trust in faith? Actually that's the exact opposite of faith. The reason you trust the light is going to come on is because you have conducted countless experiments (turning the lights on/off), and every time you flipped the switch the light came on. If the light only came on sometimes, and you convinced yourself it was going to work this time, then that would be faith. And again that's a borderline idiotic comparison. An objective third party can watch you turning lights on and off. We can use experiments to validate the fact that if you flip the switch the light will come on. But it isn't possible to objectively validate your beliefs, which is a convenient fact that religious folks love to hide behind.

Faith = believing in something without evidence to support it. Something I try to avoid... because I'm not an idiot.
Actually the "Big Bang" is nothing but a theory and a funny sitcom.

So now Trump -- the guy who refuses to believe Obama's birth certificate and citizenship are legit -- announces he will not be releasing his tax returns. He also tells the Russians he hopes they hack Hillary's emails, essentially advocating for an adversarial foreign power to obtain state secrets.

Hillary, meanwhile, refuses to release transcripts of her speeches to Wall Street businesses and of course is the idiot stupid enough to be using a personal email server to discuss state business in the first place.

God help us all.
I think Trump asking the Russians to hack Hil's emails was total sarcasm and poking fun at her ineptness. IMO it's a fact:cool:
