Like the push back by the Heels. Love to get more out of Hicks, but he's pressing too hard trying to make something happen.
21-20 at the 4 minute tv timeout. Britt in the last minute has a three, a rebound and a assist on Jackson's three from the top. Second team off the bench has contributed 9 points to keep UNC close
Ball handler is gonna have to start attacking that double team and forcing the zebras to call something.
Gonna be a great test to get this one done. Obviously not getting any help with phantom walks and charges and uncalled muggings by the Hoos. Just going to have to be tougher in the second half.
Turned the ball over 12 times, couldn't throw it in the ocean, got mugged every time down the floor.....and still only down 5.....it's winning time boys. Lace 'em up and LET'S GO!
I find it nearly impossible to not be bias against calls going against you. That's why I rarely ever speak out about them because again, I know I am bias. But home cooking in this game will force us to play much better ball the second half. Both charges against us were wrong and would have led to 2 3point plays, not to mention the sitting of our bigs with fouls. And Berry getting mugged not only when driving but on the pick and roll as well. I hope the zebras talk it over a bit and realize they are caught up in the home court crowd rather than the game.
Starters Hicks and Pinson did not score in the first half and that should tell u all u need to know about the first 20 minutes
They called one on him in the locker room. Something about the drinking fountain.
Well, with regards to Hicks, he did score what should have been an and 1 that was called for a charge but i agree, the young man needs to step up. A lazy touch shot early on should have been a dunk.
They actually took away one of his fouls at half time but gave him 2 to start the Duke game with. Can they really do that??
I know Hicks is a senior and he deserves playing time but maybe UNC should consider Bradley and Meeks together for a few minutes and see what happens
time to play tough and take it inside.... heels will play very well in half and win in a squeaker
