Rodriguez is pretty good. I wouldn't call that a guaranteed win.
There's a difference between predicting a win versus saying it's a guaranteed win, but F it. We're gonna kick his ass.
Do you guys have a formidable bat to put in as DH for the series, or are we just gonna see some utility infielder dink get slotted into the DH spot?
My guess is it will be one of the catchers (Flowers/Suzuki). There's Preston Tucker, who did a good job in LF before Acuña came up, but I doubt Snitker uses him because he's a lefty.

Hard to be upset about a 2-run inning but Rodriguez was begging us to blow the game wide open there and we didn't.

Like I said before the series started, if we take 1 of 3, I'll be shocked. The Braves are decent. The Red Sox are a whole other class above.
To make things worse, Toronto is in the process of blowing a 2-run lead in the bottom of the 9th to the Phillies. So we will be out of first after tonight (assuming Philly completes this comeback)
ETA: BOOM!! Phils loaded em up with only 1 out, and Toronto hung on to win 6-5. Big! May not mean much since it's only May 25th, but it's nice to know we will stay in 1st for another day.

Snitker getting absolutely blasted on Twitter and rightfully so. He is a colossal retard to bring in Wisler to face Mookie Betts. Not one of our good arms like Carle or Winkler. Nope. Wisler.
Meh I can't really hate them. They're just a (much much) better version of us. Homegrown young talent all up and down their lineup + a few key big money acquisitions like J.D. Martinez and Kimbrel. They don't do anything super weird like the Phillies and their "a 7-pitch strikeout is a win!!" or anything super obnoxious like the Mets' pepper shaker celebration. They're just really good.
BTW, tonight was our best chance to win a game in this series. Rodriguez was begging to get lit up early on in this game, and we failed to oblige him. Our offense has me downright scared lately.

LOL, this is actually the first game I've watched this season. Living in MI right now. I haven't looked into any of the streaming options yet either.
