This team can’t shoot from 3 and can’t get offensive rebounds. If you combine those 2 limitations, it makes getting efficient offense almost impossible.
I don’t know what your magic solution is. Y’all really think this UNC team is more secondary breaks away from being a #2 seed?
If you do, you think much more highly of the talent level of this group.

The NCAA needs to allow trades. We need a midseason trade for some big men.
It’s like the inverse of the 2010-11 team that had 10 big guys (some of them no good) and like 2 bad guards.

Sadly the Wear twins would actually improve our frontcourt. Though their dad would inevitably screw things up.
Clearly the ACC is too hard for us. We should probably switch to the Missouri Valley Conference. Tyson would immediately revert to shooting 47%. Unless maybe it's coaching. But even our coaches might benefit from easier opponents.
Well thanks to lack of NIL this offseason, our entire frontcourt is midmajor level.

Theo Pinson already confirmed lack of NIL is why our bigs are so bad. There is no "if" here. We didn't have the NIL to get Carolina caliber bigs and it wrecked our season.

That was my take, as well, but I recognize that there's room for a different interpretation. Which is why I wondered whether Theo clarified this later.

Man, you're pretty outspoken on the lack of NIL. What actually makes you think that? Not trolling bro but what is the real story with NIL? Maybe this is a direct question for HD. However here is a quote from Mr. Jone's Daily Drop, 5/17/2024: "Lets get rid of the narrative UNC ain't got no cash". Carolina's got cash, they just spend it more judiciously than some fans prefer." Honestly, at this point, how can we not know the real NIL answer for UNC bball? If the money is there, then it lands on the coaching staff right? Yes, I am really that ignorant on the subject.
