Idk Arch, pretty sure Roy would blame himself. This team is inept on fundamentals. Seems like the coaches job.
36-16 with 4 minutes left in the half. GT has 3 starters with three fouls. Starters: Black, Francis, Bacot and Brob have combined for 4 points. That's not getting it done.

Once offense came together defense completely fell apart. Don't know how we gave a crappy offense like GT so many fricken dunks.
We allow them to hold the ball, down 18, the final 30 seconds of the first half. Not a good idea. Entire staff shell shocked.
Roy benched Francis the rest of the half when they did that switch and Francis didn't come back to the ball handler and Garrison got a foul. I think he may have even yelled back at Roy. Not sure. Then they started doing some hand wavy thing and Francis never saw the court again. Even the JV player replaced him.
Francis isn’t hurt but remember Roy has to feel responsible for the Harris injury so he is being cautious
Do you think the staff just stopped teaching fundamentals? I don’t think so. You can lead horses to water but you can’t make them drink. This is about the players, not the staff.
You cannot replace game experience and senior leadership without a big drop in court balance and it is very evident today. Nobody but Brooks wants to shoot. And when 4 starters combine for 7 points it is embarrashing
