Maybe he just wants more playtime? Aside for special teams, he wasn't going to play many snaps unless we blow-out GT and Mercer.

If he wasn't going to play then he might as well go play somewhere else where he can get some minutes next year. Can't blame him there. Only unfortunate part of it is we don't have the depth to be losing backups right now...

If, as a senior, you can’t earn a starting ILB spot at UNC against a RSo and a converted QB, your chances of playing pro ball are very slim. Still, a man’s gotta do what he’s gotta do. I wish him luck.
