UNC is the third school to offer Lawrenceville (Ga.) Archer linebacker (inside/outside) Donta Evans after Auburn and Kentucky. He's an athletic guy that could even put his hand in the dirt. Visited Kentucky last weekend. I'm hearing he may visit UNC soon.
