I haven't seen what's going on tonight, but even several thousand spectators is bizarre to me just to watch someone step up to a podium. But 275K? What is it, Woodstock?

Camps have opened and preseason games are in a couple weeks!
Lots of people know bo Jackson ran a 4.13 40 for nfl scouts at auburn. (They had to track him down on campus and convince him to do it) but not many know As a rookie with the raiders Bo Jackson once ran a 4.19 40

deion said he walked over from baseball practice and ran a sub 4.2 in baseball pants and cleats…not sure i buy it.
The stories of Bo are legendary. But greatest athlete ever? I don't know about that. I think Bo getting hurt and having his career cut short have added to the legend and enabled the mind to run wild on what "he would have been". Hell, he may not even be the greatest 2 sport athlete. Prime is one of the greatest football players of all time and was a decent MLB player.
Jim Brown was probably a better lacrosse player than football player.
Wilt was an absurd volleyball player and a track and field god at the college level.
Danny Ainge played MLB ball.
Dave Winfield was drafted by MLB, NFL (despite never playing college football) and two pro basketball leagues; the NBA and ABA.
Jackie Robinson lettered in 4 sports at UCLA.
I love Bo. I grew up on Bo. Bo knows and all that. But again, his short career has left a lot to the imagination and people have taken full advantage of that when recalling his abilities.
One amazing fact about Deion, he hit a mlb home run and scored an nfl td in the same week I believe or something like that
he definitely played in an nfl game and an mlb playoff game in the same day.
and by Lincoln personally. And even though he was a slave in a non-Confederate State.
