I'm getting ready to start on some moonshine with a splash of fresh lemonade. Then some sweetwater 420 epa a little later. I got a big old 14 lb brisket that I just pulled off the smoker (15 hours at 225) and is resting. Wife made some Texas style baked beans and fried cabbage. I'm going to OD tonight and deal with the fallout tomorrow. Stealing a little happiness from tomorrow today.
