Ibam very proud of what this team has accomplished as of late. They kept their composure tonight withba very physical team and handed them a beat down. They inserted their opposing teams best player into the coaching staff lineup early in the second half. Key to the game IMO

I feel terrible for Kennedy. Heels are making this run and playing pretty well and I'm not sure he even enjoys it. The team is clearly better when he isn't out there right now and I think he knows it. I really hate it.

It's extra sweet that we advanced to the Sweet 16 on Moo's court. It has some of the Mooers whipped up into quite the tizzy on Crack Ride.

I actually feel sorry for Lamont the Mod. He tries his damndest to get those fools to quit making every single topic about UNC, but to no avail. He still fights the good fight though.

LOL . . there were some folks on that thread that believe that Joel James should never see the floor. Joel played very well in his 4 (?) minutes yesterday . . I know I exaggerated, but, I'd bet anything that in a one-on-one matchup that JJ would win most. He doesn't push easily and never falls down.
I just took a look at the early Vegas lines :
We opened at -4.5 . . . its currently -5.5 for Friday's game w/ Indiana.
UVA @ -5.5 against Iowa State.
I know it's a lot of fun to make fun of Tom Crean, but the Hoosiers looked like they were playing Indiana basketball yesterday. Kentucky might have scared me more because of how they match up athletically, but Indiana is a much smarter team and will be a tough out. We can't afford to come out flat for the third straight game.
Wandering around other message boards today, I'm not sure which is funnier: LOL@State fans starting a thread to jinx UNC's national championship chances or dookies fawning over the job K has done in a "rebuilding year." They have 7 McDonald's All-Americans on their roster -- more than half their players -- but K has overcome all odds to will this team to another Sweet 16. What a remarkable accomplishment.
