I'm old school... actually listening on an old discman with radio! Local station in Greensboro carries Tar Heel network. You can get the app "Tar Heels" and pay ($5 I think) and you'll get Carolina games for the next year.

Um, the radio.

UNC and the Tar Heel Sports Network are prohibited from transmitting NCAA Tournament games online. Not sure whether they have an affiliate near you. Only option otherwise is Sirius/XM but I bet CBS hired the guys calling the game.
