OOTB's Political Thread . ..

Globalists demand Europe commit economic suicide. They are making inroads here in the US as well, to say the least, and California is well on their way to depriving people of the benefits of civilization via the same failed economic suicide.

"Any questions?"

lol no, fishlips, you just answered the question of who's obsessed with who. Pretty sure the guy having to rely on a thesaurus to fully and adequately describe his obsession is the winner.

Your prize is you get to keep on obsessing. Congrats.

What century were you born in, blue? Nowadays, Internet dictionaries have synonyms listed right under the definition, readymade for copying and pasting. You should be relieved to know there's no need for you to grab your cane and hobble across the room for your paperback thesaurus when you're looking for just the right unfunny zinger . . . like "fishlips."

This is almost as comical as the time you thought I literally counted the words in your post.

"
A great economic fracturing is taking place as the western nations intentionally shrink their economy. The supplier nations are feeling the consequences.

Keep in mind, South Korean factory output is now negative (electronics etc). European factory output is now negative (industrial equipment). Japanese factory output has dropped dramatically, and U.S. factory output has stalled. All of these issues overlay the statements by Maersk that shipping is not needed.

The western economies are contracting in response to the collective energy policies of the Build Back Better climate change agenda, and the high cost of energy that comes from stopping energy production.

Energy production in western nations has been slowed or stopped (Build Back Better). Western nation inflation is being driven by higher energy costs as a result of less energy products being produced, oil, coal, gas. Western banking groups have raised interest rates to slow down the economic engines to meet the drop in energy production."

and what do we call a list of synonyms? Class, tell fishlips what a book or internet site that lists synonyms is called.

LMAO. Or the time you literally counted the minutes until I replied? Both times something you voluntarily admitted to and then tried under the duress of ridicule to deny. Here's an old-time term to describe your dumb ass...Sad Sack. Because you're sad and you're a sack...of shit.

BTW, 'fishlips' is fitting for someone who still hasn't been able to spit the hook out.

oh I don't know...'unfunny zinger' has some real zip to it.

Those of us living in the 21st century are aware that a thesaurus is no longer required to find a list of synonyms for a word when modern online dictionaries often offer them, Noah. There's one more area where your 20th (or 19th) century sensibilities can benefit and I'm listing the link here:

Generally, people only figuratively count minutes. No one has to literally count minutes since that crazy new invention hit the market called THE MECHANICAL CLOCK centuries ago.

Look closely in the top-left corner of every post here and you'll see what we call a timestamp. By doing some simple math in your head (or you can use a calculator if you must) you can easily determine the time passage between posts. In this case I am responding to a post you entered a little over two hours ago. Aren't these newfangled gadgets a marvel, old man!

lol, you're such an idiot. if there's some point you're trying to make with the c&p idiocy, I have no interest in that inanity.

And just as you idiotically don't understand that a list of synonyms is a thesaurus, whether it's included in a dictionary or stands alone, you apparently are also too dumb to understand that keeping track of minutes is counting them. That you were keeping track of the minutes until I posted and needing a list of synonyms to describe your obession with me are the points you're trying to avoid admitting. Weak effort. Fail, as a matter of fact. LMAO.

What a stooge.

A short list of synonyms on its own is no more considered a thesaurus than the definition of a word is considered a dictionary. You would make a lousy librarian, you idiotic know-nothing.

Am I going too fast for you, slow poke? No one is denying I listed a lineup of synonyms a few posts back to emphasize your obsession (note the correct spelling), but just like when I magically knew how many words you used in one of your pointless, long-winded posts, your archaic mind told you I spent an abundance of time recording these things. The fact is I only spent about 10 seconds on each using the copy and paste method to my benefit. You should try it sometime! You see, grandpa, in this modern era in which we're living, life moves pretty fast and if you can't keep up you're going to get left behind. Lest you already have.

you apparently are also too dumb to understand that keeping track of minutes is counting them.
Keeping track of minutes can be considered counting them, sure, but you wrote I was literally counting the minutes. That is altogether different, you babbling old fool.

I'm not sure if you personally are saying this or referring to a previous post, but just to be crystal clear on this issue: Contrary to the lie that is constantly paraded, an overturn of Roe and Casey would NOT ban abortion anywhere. It would simply remove a country wide standard and return the issue back to the states to be decided there by their respective legislatures.

If the multiple polls and other claims about the vast majority of Americans favoring abortion at least in some form are true, this should not ultimately be an issue. States will elect legislators that will enact laws accordingly. Unless, of course, one is willing to wade into the topic that politicians often do not actually do that which they were elected to do.
states rights!

Comment from Midwestern Doctor:

"
Something a lot of people don't appreciate is that to get promoted in the government, you normally have to tow the party line for a long long time (or do someone a political/financial favor and get an executive appointment). For this reason, all the people who remain in there tend to be extremely blue-pilled, whereas the people who are competent, free thinking and question narratives either pushed out or have to hide everything they believe to keep their job. There are always going to be a few people like the whistleblower you mentioned, but this is pretty standard in government because advancement is NOT based on merit, whereas the private sector does advance based on merit (and pays a lot more) so everyone who is qualified normally goes over to the private sector. In a lot of ways, the main incentive to remain in the government is to get a pay off for being corrupt and through the revolving door land a cushy job with the industry you helped while there. Amongst other things, this is why we have an epidemic of corrupt and incompetent people in the federal government who did an unbelievably bad job handling COVID-19 (which I've tried to document as best as I can throughout my SS).

One of the better pieces of evidence for this systemic corruption and incompetence can be found within the GAO's report (the GAO investigates for congress and is one of the least corrupt parts of the government) on the COVID-19 response they were required to do as a result of the COVID-19 relief bills.
.....

When the GAO asked those in charge of the departments (e.g. FDA or CDC) why this had not been done, they either couldn't given a reason why they had not gotten around to this for decades (Fauci & co did the same thing when he was caught experimenting on people and illegally failing to disclose he was making money of those tests) OR they stated it was because no corruption within the department so there was no need to report it (which effectively means the leadership is systemically corrupt).

This was one quote from the GAO's report (more can be found within the above article): “The absence of specific procedures may explain why the four selected agencies did not identify any formally reported internal allegations of potential political interference in scientific decision-making from 2010 through 2021.”

DOJ now directly engaged in election fraud.

" Clarke’s division is currently resisting efforts to force the DOJ to reveal its strategic plan for using the federal government to intervene in the 2022 midterm elections, in pursuit of what the Biden administration calls “voter access.”

I'm sure you'd make a better librarian than me, whistle britches. Your feminine temperament certainly makes you an ideal candidate. But as I said, a thesaurus IS a listing of synonyms, and any short list comes from the entire body of synonyms in the thesaurus. So you'd better start sucking some dick if you want to get that librarian gig, because you don't know shit and have little ability to reason things out. Plus you try too hard to not sound like the nitwit that you are. Just an aside, but what with your try-too-hard habit, I'm glad I'm not the guy you have to blow. OUCH!

There really is no end to your stupidity, blue. And what makes you look even dumber is your inability to either admit or simply STFU when you're wrong.

Allow me to use a dictionary to provide you with the definition of a thesaurus:

thesaurus

noun

the·sau·rus | \ thi-ˈsȯr-əs \
  1. a book that lists words in groups of synonyms and related concepts.

So, by definition a thesaurus is a book in which synonyms are listed rather than a mere list of synonyms. It's embarrassing the substandard level of your education. Even fourth graders know what a thesaurus is.

you'd better start sucking some dick
What is it with your infatuation with the male penis? Is it a matter of getting too much of it or not enough?

A thesaurus is a book, software program, or online service that provides alternative or similar words to a word

https://www.dictionary.com/browse/thesaurus

thesaurus;

1 a dictionary of synonyms and antonyms, such as the online Thesaurus.com.

the stupidity is all yours I'm afraid, in your failure to successfully obfuscate the simple truth that you used a listing of synonyms to express the depth of your obsession with me, and that the body of words from which such a list is taken is a thesaurus. Because a thesaurus is a listing of synonyms. Duh.

And what makes you look even dumber is your inability to either admit or simply STFU when you're wrong.

Regarding the male penis you reference....how many types of penis are you familiar with? Is there a female penis? Is that what you have?

Your own definition lists books, software programs, and online services but says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about a brief list of words like the one I used. It's eating you up that you're wrong and too smug to admit it. Remind me to send you a birthday card this coming April 1st.
🤣

Is there a female penis?
Yeah, the strap-on your old lady uses on you every night.

the dictionary definition I c&p'ed that you're purposely ignoring is that a thesaurus is a dictionary; and you keep contending that your list is not from a thesaurus even though it was taken from a dictionary. You're trying to nitpick your way out of admitting that you used a list of synonyms to express how insane your obsession with me is, by referring to the fact that you only provided a relevant list and not the entire thesaurus. That's just stupid.

if you don't think politics is pervading our lives and all of our institutions, just ask yourself this simple question....does the FBI not have better things to do than to run down an anonymous tip on the mere possibility that someone was present at a general disturbance? Not even a participant, just present. And using three agents no less, to do in person what could have been done with a phone call had even that been necessary. If you don't see this as pure intimidation, it's because you don't want to see it.

And dem voters will see nothing awry here.

No wonder DJT is a megalomaniac, he has the power to induce derangement in every democrat in the country.

Well, there is always the issue on any given topic about whether it should be addressed federally, at the state level, or even individual counties/municipalities. We can have a discussion about State's rights if you desire, but my comment was really about the idea that the D's and the msm have pushed the narrative that overturning Roe was a threat to our democracy and anti-democratic.

The reality was the exact opposite in that instead of a court created rule that applied across the country, known as judicial activism, this issue will be addressed by voters who either vote for or against candidates based upon their positions. That is democracy in action. Regarding the specifics on abortion, whether legislation is passed through congress or at the state level, voters are still deciding by voting in or out their representatives.

you're 100% correct - the way Roe is handled now is indeed democracy in action --- something both sides have said they want over and over. but dont expect Dems to admit this due to TDS ... HE is responsible for shifting the SCOTUS, so this decision (to them) is pure evil partisanship ... not democracy.
