OOTB's Political Thread . ..

But some of the really smart leftists here told us this wasn’t happening. Weird. I don’t know if I can believe them anymore.

There is none so blind as he who will not see.
They're not "removing it" from what is being taught. But, apparently, they are adding some elements that must be "going too far" for it to upset the whiteys as much as it does. And, someone threw together some edited clips that really struck fear into the "poaster" on OOTB.
You appear to be one of the biggest racists on the board.

You can deny it all day long, but what's obvious is that I have gotten under your skin and remain there. If that wasn't true, you wouldn't have bothered to respond so defensively
My new neighbor who can't park her car between the white lines to save her life is starting to get under my skin. You? Hardly. And if cracking jokes about your fanciful bravado is what you consider being defensive, then call me guilty.

Thanks for the chuckles, Captain Underpants.

jeezus, you've got it bad. I'm almost starting to feel sorry for you.

Gonna be interesting to see how many vote it gets. Potential bonus is that it might get people serious about tax reform on bosides.

Republicans and Democrats are already seen as being frivolous and this one specific issue won't all of a sudden cause a primary challenge. This guy is getting excited about absolutely nothing.

I don't understand. How does anyone look "frivolous" for supporting repealing income tax? Can someone connect the dots for me?

In many districts it is easier for extremists to gain traction. Votes like this can fuel some of that fire, the "all or nothing" polarized stuff that extremists are hitching to. Regardless it will be interesting to see which side people pick.

Yeah, I'm sure all these extremists are just sitting around waiting for this vote to happen before they announce they are running.

It's one of those situations where you are voting for something that you know will never happen, but you take time to do it anyway. Basically what congress spends 99% of their time doing.

While I'm no fan of this Santos guy, you do realize the hypocrisy in these posts of yours I would hope. Your man in the WH has been a habitual liar his entire career. I won't bother to post all of his whoppers because I'm sure you already know.

Let's see:

- traveled over a million miles on Amtrack
- once was a truck driver
- used to organize protests at a black church
- arrested in the 70s for visiting Nelson Mandela
- offered a job at an Idaho lumber company
- was "sort of" raised in a Puerto Rican community
- was "appointed" to the Naval Academy
- house burned down while his wife was in it
- had family that worked in the coal mines of Pennsylvania
- son killed in combat
- gave up his starting position on the Delaware football team to get married

That's just for starters.

You left out:

Used to let little kids rub his leg hair when he was a lifeguard.

Oh wait, sorry, that one was true.

Don't forget his 3 degrees, multiple scholarships, top of his class, his stance on plagiarism........

There's such a long list. Someone would have to be absolutely stupid to compare lies with this guy.

maybe we should add to this list, keeping in mind that the dweebs actually had a 'lie counter' going for the Donald. Here's my offering, with it a given phoniness that he has fake teeth and implanted hair

the border is secure
gas was 5/gal when he took office, and then it came down
stood down that bad dude Corn Pop

his stance on plagiarism is 'I like it, I love it, I need some more of it'. He got in trouble in school for it and was almost hooted out of the Senate for resorting back to his old tricks.

It's easier to list the things he's said, that he didn't lie about.

Some other blatant lies:
wife killed by drunk driver
lowered gas prices
economy under him strong as h-ll
added jobs to level better than pre-pandemic
didn't know of any Hunter business dealings
didn't have any nefarious contacts or deals in Russia, China, Ukraine.
passed assault weapons ban
is seen by world leaders as tough and respected
a dozen lies about COVID and what vaxs do, and consequences of / to unvaxed

...and on and on and on....

Some of you queefs really know your Biden tall-tales. You really care when an old man lists wife over grades for quitting the frosh football team. But does that nuance matter?

Does it matter whether he was arrested vs just stopped in South Africa... is there some manipulation hinging on that difference? And this is something Biden owned up to btw.

Does it matter that the firefighters contained the fire to the kitchen and it only burned for 20 minutes rather than actually burning down the house? The point of the story was that his wife being there was scary and that infrastructure helped make it faster for firefighters to get to locations - that doesn't change.

I guess it all matters to you guys - where's the Obsession img.

Does it matter that Santos never worked for Citi or Goldman Sachs, maybe not, but what does matter is his lies are frickin hilarious - my fav might be the one about the Vet's dog. LOL. MAFA - make american-politics funny again.

Lol? Does it matter that the President repeatedly lies in an effort to relate to certain groups for the purposes of votes? Is that what you’re asking?

You couldn’t get enough of tracking Trump lies (most of which turned out to be not lies) yet you want to chastise others for taking Biden to task for his inane lies. GTFOH.

His lies don’t matter. I agree. At least the ones we know about. So why does he do it? That’s kind of a sickness. And if people lie about inconsequential things, it’s a good bet they lie about consequential things. You brainless sheep will continue to carry water for him. Keep on sheepin’.

What voter is concerned about the nuance of whether the whole house burned or just the kitchen for 20 mins cuz the firefighters were able to get their quickly via infrastructure?

I disagree mr fearless flak-wearer. Seriously, who do you feel is more genuine or authentic, Biden or Bill Clinton.

LMAO. This is exactly what I maintained when the libs shit kittens over every inconsequential inaccuracy that Trump uttered. All I can tell you at this time is suck on it, you asked for it.

But there is a difference. Most of what Trump miscued on were inconsequential facts regarding the subject he was trying to make a point with. Accuracy didn't effect the point being made, it just gave the libs something to go hysterical over. Biden on the other hand is trying to fool the American public into believing he isn't incompetent, but rather is just killing it as president.....and that things aren't as fvcked as he is making them. He's like the kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar denying that he's stealing cookies.

"Michigan Man of the Year" <check's notes - nope, still isn't a thing> isn't even in the same universe when we talk about pols lying. Thanks for bringing him back into the spotlight though.

“If you have a windmill anywhere near your house, congratulations, your house just went down 75 percent in value. And they say the noise causes cancer,” the president said while delivering remarks at the National Republican Congressional Committee’s annual spring dinner.

Santos got nothing on ^ guy

Democrats and every other “victim” out there want to hear how bad Dementia Joe has had it. I mean, that’s what y’all are about - measuring victimhood.

Seriously, who do you feel is more genuine or authentic, Biden or Bill Clinton.

Lol. Are those the choices? Hahahaha.

Maybe he meant your house went down in value because those things are not only an eye sore, but also a signal to others that you live in a blue state that people are fleeing at record numbers. Yeah, that’s probably what he meant.

That's a heck of a list the resident DT Crotch Remoras have compiled. Everything from how many travel miles Biden claims he has ridden aboard Amtrak trains to how his military son died, to the details of the car accident which took his wife and daughter's lives. Yeah, boy, those are some real doozies!

And then there is Donald Trump, certainly the most corrupt and dishonest President in American history. One poster, who is known here for everything except his wisdom and impartiality, went as far as to write, "Most of what Trump miscued on were inconsequential facts regarding the subject he was trying to make a point with. Accuracy didn't effect [sic] the point being made, it just gave the libs something to go hysterical over." That is utterly laughable and ignorant nonsense.

I'll list only TWO of over 30,000 of Donald Trump's lies while he was in office:

1) Trump completely downplayed COVID-19 as a legitimate threat to the nation, promising more than 40 TIMES that it would "go away on its own." Despite advice from top medical experts that the infectious disease could be contained early on, Trump's poor leadership and LIES, along with his skepticism over wearing masks, helped propel the spread of the disease until it took over 400,000 American lives during his final year in office. Later Trump privately admitted to Bob Woodward that he knew the disease was much more serious than what he repeatedly told the nation.

2) History will never forget Trump's fervent denial of the 2020 election results when he falsely claimed there was widespread voter fraud involved. His blatant LIES have been subsequently proven to be wrong since, and this has come to be known as THE BIG LIE. Four years earlier, following the 2016 election, he also LIED and said he only lost the popular vote to Hilary Clinton because of voter fraud. His election outcome LIES have resulted in a befuddled group of American loyalists, loosely known as the MAGA crowd, who have since then been unable to pull their heads from their asses and who later laid siege to the U.S. Capitol.

Finally, as a typically reckless parting shot, Trump obstructed the peaceful transition of power over to Biden which further delayed the distribution of COVID-19 vaccinations and cost even more American lives.

Later Trump privately admitted to Bob Woodward that he knew the disease was much more serious than what he repeatedly told the nation.
and he said he did it to prevent the asinine overreaction which was brought about by the dems anyway. At least he tried to keep them from fvcking us up for so many years to come. That's what presidents are supposed to do.

that was a bogus election. Only those stupid enough to vote for Biden would deny it.

Trump may have said he held back on being honest with the American people for our own good, but what kind of harebrained logic is that when holding back only makes matters worse? That's where the poor leadership comes into play. He wasn't fooling anybody with that excuse except for gullible suckers like you, and the 2020 election outcome is proof of it.

In reality, Trump knew it could be very costly to him politically to tell the truth so he made a major miscalculation by lying to us instead. Of course, you're such a Trump apologist that you choose to describe such miscalculations and lies as "inconsequential."

that was a bogus election. Only those stupid enough to vote for Biden would deny it.
Only cavemen and sore losers are still election deniers at this point. Are you going to remain a foolish jackass for the rest of your life?

You're right... no profit in this shit at all.
Will try to explain something to you. Income taxes are already fully paid by every preacher and worker in any church and ministry.

They are not tax exempt.

The organization is tax exempt, and all that money paid you see as profit is actually a business expense. Salaries are business expenses, for example.
Churches mostly have 0 profit to show for income taxes. Generally, it's churches accruing an endowment that are making a profit and investing that. The vast majority of churches never do that.

And the big endowments are at places like Harvard and various woke foundations, often founded originally by conservatives.
